Your POV

For several years, I have been living with the love of my life, my brother, and my brother's officially new husband. Life's been great. No Hunter Exam. No Gon. No Akari. Just me and my friends in paradise. Well, my boyfriend too. We've been together for four years now. Today I turn the dreaded number, sixteen. Today we're going to the pool with a waterslide and having a picnic to celebrate. So I'm putting my bathing suit on and hoping Killua doesn't walk in the room. Since I grew up with the other two, it's not a big deal if they walk in.

My bathing suit is a two piece, and has galaxy printing on it. Along with random black lines doing whatever they want. I didn't want to wear my strapless bikini because, if I go on the water slide and it comes off, it's kind of hard to get back on. I quickly put on a black dress to cover my bathing suit up, and put on a pair of black flip-flops and a big pair of black sunglasses. I've been trying to not stand out since Gon and Akari got out of prison.

"Baby are you ready already? How long do you girls take to change!?"

Killua screamed to the door. I opened it to find him wearing a plain white shirt, and his blue and black bathing suit. He looked at me smiled, he held out his hand for me to hold.

"You ready?"

"Yeah."

We went downstairs and went to a field where the weeds grew kind of tall and had flowers of all colors. It was absolutely beautiful, this is definitely the best birthday ever. We spent an hour eating sandwiches and chugging soda. Illumni picked a few flowers for me to take home, he put one behind my ear too. I smiled and blushed. When we got to the water park I took off the black dress to reveal the black and galaxy bikini. Killua blushed as he looked at me, I grabbed a towel and thew it at him.

"Don't even think about it Killua!"

My phone rang as we were laughing, I picked up, but there was no contact name, just a number. I was prepared to scream and hang up, but I recognized the voice. I don't remember from where, but I remember it.

"(Y/n), are you okay?"

"I'm sorry who is this?"

"Gin."

My mouth dropped completely, I almost dropped the phone! Killua looked at me frightened. I talked again to Gin so Killua wouldn't grab the phone and hang up for me.

"Gin, why are you calling me!?"

"I need you to do something for me."

"What?"

"Go to Greed Island, bring whoever you want."

"Greed Island!! Gin what is going on?"

"I want to help Gon. I'm hoping I can save him from Akari, but I need your help."

Save Gon from Akari? The boy almost killed me! How do I know he isn't going to kill me again?! It's a stupid idea and maybe you should just give up on your son. Even though you're his dad, there is no hope in that kid. He's gone. Is what I would've said. But I decided to be a little nice at least.

"Gin, he's already after us. Or I don't know, but he's out of prison and God only knows where he is and what he's thinking. I'm sorry I can't help you."

"Please, I'll give you anything you need, I'll even provide you protection if necessary."

"I can handle myself."

"You couldn't last time, neither could Killua. I need to teach you some things if you think you can handle yourself. But honestly, I need your help."

I fell into complete shock when he said the first sentence. I wanted to throw the phone in the water and never get a new one. In fact, it made me want to get over him and his voice overall. But I do think that he cares about Gon. So maybe I should help.

"I'll call later tonight."

"Thank you, (Y/n). Talk to you tonight."

I hung up and put my phone in the bag. Killua came up to me and grabbed my hands. I felt like he was going to freak out, he was going to say everything that I should be careful of unknown numbers and that he wouldn't know what he'd do without me, but he didn't. He was.....calm.

"Everything alright?"

"Gin asked us to do something, I'll run it by you and everyone else, then call him later. I said I'd call tonight."

"Whatever you do, don't get hurt."

"I won't Killua."

"I love you, (Y/n)."

"I love you too, Killua."
