Killua's POV

When we finally got back it was like, 8-ish. (Y/n) was super happy about her promise ring. I'm so glad she liked it, and that she even likes it. I didn't know if she would like it or not. We swung out hands back and forth so high when we got back to our room we knocked on our own door. Hisoka opened it to see us both smiling like crazy. Hisoka knew I was going to give her the ring. I just didn't tell him when. When he saw (Y/n) it was almost like he knew.

Your POV

"Hisoka!! Killua gave me a promise ring!! Ahhhh!!"

I was so happy. I was telling my brother all about it when Killua got in the shower. He smiled from ear to ear. I guess from knowing that I'm happy and I'm dating my soul mate. Or, I think he is anyway. As I was telling him about the whole, uh, proposal I guess, I got a call from an unknown number. I braced myself.

"Hello?"

"(Y/n), it's Gin."

I gasped. We haven't spoken to Gin since he took Gon back. I wonder how Gon's doing now with his dad's help. Is that what he's calling about?

"I helped Gon."

"And how did it go?!"

I was so excited. I really hoped Gon got better. He's my bestfriend. No matter what he did to me. Sure he may have kissed me, gone crazy, dated Akari, almost kill me, broke out of jail, hit me with a hammer, kidnapped me, and beat up my boyfriend, but he's still one of my bestfriends.

"It went well. He's all better. Back to normal. He really wants to see you and apologize."

"Awe. Do you think I can text you where I'm at and you can send Gon tomorrow?"

"That's perfect. I really want to spend a little more time with my son. You know, since I left him and now I've helped him not be so crazy."

"Totally understand, Gin. I'll let you get back to your time with Gon. Talk soon!"

I hung up and looked at Hisoka and told him everything. He seemed to be happy that Gon isn't under that weird impression anymore. What even happened? Was he like poisoned or something? Hypnotized? Forced? I don't know. All I know is that he's okay and wants to apologize. That's all that matters now.

"Oi, what's the commotion?"

Killua got out of the bathroom in his long pants. No shirt. Of course. Baka.

"Gon's okay now! He's coming tomorrow to apologize!"

Killua looked at me, then back at Hisoka. He seemed shocked. Which I don't blame him. I was too. Then suddenly he smiled really wide. I guess he's happy to have his best friend back too.

"That's great!"

Killua jumped on the bed and got comfortable and switched on the tv. I don't know what he was doing but it seemed like a good plan to me. Just laying around and not worrying about anything. I sat beside Killua and got under the covers. Hisoka said he was going to go somewhere to meet Illumni so they can talk. So it was just me and Killua now. Again. But I don't mind. The best things happen when we're alone.

"I'm excited to see Gon again."

"Me too."

Killua looked from the fight on the tv to me. I smiled. He was one of the best things that's ever happened to me. If his eyes were pools, I would drown. Killua kissed my forehead.

"Mine."

"Yours."
