Chapter 13 - Chuunin Exam: Stage 1

"You are the rookies right? Screaming like school girls. Geez."

"Tell me about it." I said.

"Who do you think you are?" Ino asked.

"I'm Kabuto. But instead of that, look behind you."

They looked behind and saw everybody was staring at them, especially the Rain ninjas.

"Those guys are from the Rain village. They have short tempers. Everyone in this room is nervous about the exam so quiet down before you cause a scene."

"Kabuto-san right?" Kizune asked.

"Yea."

"Is this your second attempt?"

"Nope. Seventh actually. The exam is held twice a year so this is my fourth year." He replied.

"So you know a lot about this exam."

"That's right."

"Impressive." Naruto said.

"Hehe. I'll share with you guys something. With these ninja cards; it's basically cards which have ninjas info burned onto them with chakra. This is four years worth, over 200 cards."

I know that he worked for Orochimaru and that I just want to kill him right there. Sasuke asked for Rock Lee's and Gaara's card. Kabuto apparently showed it to him.

"Leaf, grass, sand, wind, sound, many outstanding people from various hidden villages are here to take the exam. Well, the sound village just created last year so it's small but-"

"Well that just made me lose confident." Kizune said.

"So basically.." Sakura said.

"All the people here are.." Hinata continues.

"Yup. Like Lee and Gaara, they are top elite genins from different countries."

"This isn't going to be easy. What a troublesome." Shikamaru said.

"My name is Uzumaki Naruto! And I won't lose to guys like you people!" Naruto shouted.

"Hey, it's that guy from before," I heard Kankuro said to Gaara. Gaara looks like he's going to kill everyone.

"He's so confident; I guess you didn't beat him enough, Lee." Neji-nii-san said.

"Heh, the hidden sound is a small village?" The sound ninja said.

"Is that so?" Another said.

"Let's play with them a bit."

Then some sound ninja came out of the crowd and attacked Kabuto. Suddenly one of the guy with huge metal thing on his arms made a sound waves and messed up our hearing. I threw some kunais at him and it hit his shoulder. He tried to punched me but then a guy came.

"Quiet down you useless bastards! What's this?!" The guy said from the smoke. When the smoke cleared, that guy have scars all over his face. Behind him were tons of Chuunins.

"Thanks for waiting. I'm Morino Ibiki, the examiner for the Chuunin exam test."

"Hm I've heard of him. He's a torture expert." I thought.

"Sound guys, can you stop doing as you please before the exam, do you want to fail already?" Ibiki said.

"Sorry we got a bit carried away." They replied.

"Okay, we will now start the first test in Chuunin Exam. Instead of your current seating, you will pick one of these tabs and sit in the seat that is assigned to you. We will then hand out the exams."
