Chapter 12 - Chuunin Exam?

After Sakura left, I continue with my training. Then I started to get hungry so I went straight ahead to Ichiraku Ramen. I mean, no one could refuse an invitation to Ichiraku Ramen.

I walked to the stall and found Sakura, Hinata and my teammates eating ramen and of course, Naruto finish his ramen first.

Then Sakura noticed me but I just walked and sit beside Hinata and Kizune. Kizune ordered one bowl of ramen for me. At first, I was just playing with my food but then I realized that everyone were looking at me, even the owner of the stall. So I quickly ate the ramen.

"What's wrong?" The owner asked.

"Nothing." I replied emotionless.

Everyone were still staring at me. I stared at them back and saw them with a curious face. I let out a puff of air and  ignored them.

I finished my ramen and they invited me to take a stroll around the village.

While they were talking, I was in my fantasy world where no one could ever imagine, and I was tortured in my own head.

"Kiyo-chan?" Naruto asked.

I didn't hear his voice as my fantasy world took over my mind.

"Um… Nee-chan? …...... NEE-CHAN!" Kizune yelled.

"Uh what? ….... Oh um y- yes?" I replied.

"Why are you so emo than usual?" She asked.

"I'm just.. thinking about something."

Before she could ask me more questions, a hawk bumped into me that made me fell to the ground. It was Kaeri, my old friend. Furry friend that is.

"Kiyo-chan? ....... Kiyo-chan!! So nice to see you again! It has been sooooo long, right?" The hawk said to me.

"Oh hi, Kaeri! Nice to see you too.. Back from the mission, I see." I said.

My face went from the emo face to happy. They looked at me like I'm crazy; talking to a hawk, except Kiba because you know, he can talk with animals too.

Then, Kaeri invited me to hang out with her in the woods and I accepted it. So I take my leave.

I followed her into the woods and we chatted all day. She told me about all stories that she had been through.

It was getting late so I decided to go home. Hyuuga home that is.

I went to my room and opened my diary and wrote a lot of stuff. Mostly about Kaeri's story.

I also wrote about the Chuunin Exam that will be held one week from now. And that I planned to watched the fight. Because for me to be in the Exam would be too overrated.

After done writing all that in my diary, I washed my face and went to bed.

The next day, Kizune went out with the team while I was still sleeping. I woke up and went down to the kitchen. I asked Hinata where she could be and said that she left early in the morning.

After eating my breakfast, I decided that I need some fresh air and went out. Park seems like a nice place. Aware of the fountain of the park in my sight, I walked faster. Just as I reached there, I saw Naruto, Kizune with some ninjas. I could see that they were having some trouble with them so I decided to help. I appeared between one of the ninja and Naruto.

"If you wanna pick a fight then pick me." I said.

"What? Another one?" The guy with paint on his face complained.

He tried to punch me but I stopped him. He then jumped up and was trying to kick me but I jumped above him and kick him on his back. He got up and grabbed his kunai but then a pebble was thrown at him by Sasuke.
