"Morning sunshine" I hear faintly above me. I open slightly my eyes adjusting to the light. I see Jeff above me with his beautiful smile.
"Morning Jeffy." I say and smile.
"Get ready we're going to Monet's for breakfast and then we're going to school." He says getting off of me. I get up and get ready. We then get in his car and go to Monet's for breakfast. I get pancakes to share with Jeff and a latte. We have a small talk and then we make our way to school.
As we get out of the car the majority of the students that are around glances at me. We get inside the school. Everybody turns and looks at me.
I bite my lip.
I look at Jeff and he gives me resurring smile. He places his hand on mine and interlocks our fingers. He takes the first step dragging me along. We mive fast but we don't run. I have to be a bit faster because of his big steps. The hallway is quiet and I can hear my heartbeat, my heart goes fast. No I'm not anxious I'm just nervous because of the big attention I'm recieving. But also because the boy I've had a crush on since I was 5 years old holds my hand. He is no ordinary boy, he is Jeff Atkins the sweetest guy ever and star of the schools baseball team. Which I have no doubt he has a lot of fans that would live to be in my place. Girls that would get me out of my way for a smile of his. We gey to the cafeteria where my brother, Jess, Zach and the rest of the jocks. The jocks whom I don't know look at me hungrily, douchebags. Jeff tightens his grip on my palm a bit.
"Good morning sis." Justin says and hugs me. Jeff leaves my hand.
"Morning to you too." I say.
"Hey everybody!" Justin yells and the whole cafeteria turns and looks at him and me.
"What the fuck are you doing?" I whisper.
"Introducing you to Liberty high." He whispers back.
"Everybody this is my little sister Stassie, she's new." He says and sits down again.
"Hey little one." Monty greets me.
"Hey Cruz." I say.
"Hey baby." I hear a voice and turn around to see the cockiest looking guy ever.
"You see I'm not interested in douchebags. Sorry not sorry." I say and turn around again. The most of the guys laugh others hold their laugh in.
The ring for first period starts.
"Jeff can you show me where science class is?" I ask.
"Sure let's go."
After the day passes I go to Jeff's house again.
