Chapter 2♡

Tia's p.o.v

It's been a couple of weeks since Zalfie told me they were adopting me. I've been on loads of days out with them and I've been to their house a couple of times. We really do get on and I feel like I've known both of them forever!

We had a pizza night where me and Zoe had matching pyjamas. We had face masks, sweets and a waggamamas. It was the best night of my life.

Not just because of the food either.

Today's moving day. I'm really excited. Zoe and Alfie are coming at two o'clock to help me pack. I've done most things but there is still some to do.

I decided to run a bath so I'm all fresh for moving as I hate feeling dirty when trying to do something. If I'm clean, it helps me think straight.

Weird, I know.

After my bath I decided on what to wear. I chose black, ripped skinny jeans and a burgundy off shoulder top. Both from New Look.

Living here means we don't get much money spent on us. Not that I mind, I'm grateful for everything I've ever got during my life.

I sat down to do my makeup. I didn't do anything much as I'm going to be really busy today and my makeup rubs off when I'm busy. I really need a better primer and setting spray.

I quickly threw my hair up into a top knot so it was out of the way.

It soon came to 2pm. Zoe and Alfie came and helped me pack my things into bags and boxes. I didn't really think I had much stuff, but moving everything was hard work. But we did it though, everything was in Alfie's new car.

Saying goodbye to Amelia was hard. We've lived together ever since I came here. We are so close and both have the same opinion about this place.

Shit hole.

"I'll call you everyday!" I said. She hugged me.

"Bye T." She said.

I said my goodbyes to Linda because she's helped me so much over the years with my anxiety. She was like a therapist. Just without the payment.

"So Tia, are you excited?" Zoe asked.

We were now in the car driving home. It feels so weird to say 'home'. I've never really had a proper home or family.

"Yeah, really excited!" I replied.

Zoe smiled sweetly and I can tell we're going to have a really good relationship.

"We're here! Welcome home!" Alfie cheered.

I looked up to see an amazing house.

It was massive!

Where's this holy water when you need it?

Zoe opened the door whilst Alfie carried my bags. The smell of candles hit me as a stepped a foot in the door. I looked around to see the place I've watched on a screen for 2 years. As Zoe opened the second door a happy Nala came bouncing up to me. I stroked and played with her.

"Tour?" Alfie asked.

Alfie gave me a tour of the house. I was so shocked to see such a beautiful bedroom that I could call mine. It had a theme of pastel colours and rose gold. They had obviously learnt that my favourite colour was rose gold over the trips I've been on with them. A stunning chandelier hung from the celing. I then noticed a desk full of highend brand makeup. A huge double bed was positioned in the middle of one wall. I'm amazed at how spoilt I have been and I've only been here for 15 minuites!

After getting over my excitement, Zoe and Alfie helped me unpack my things. It took a while to organise everything into drawers and my walk in wardrobe.

After, we got changed into our comfy clothes. We decided to watch a film, of course it had to be Frozen! For the rest of the night, we ate pizza and watched films.

I can already tell my new life is going to be amazing.
