Reality Of A Child

A child asks his parents if they're going to be alright,

He realised,

His parents' soul have lost their light,

When the dust of bombs cover their innocent face,

He realises it's just been one big chase,

He asks himself who will win,

The side humanity,

Or, the side of insanity,

He watches the clock tick,

How it reminds him of the past,

How it records his gruesome present,

And how it makes him question his future,

When he closes his eyes to erase the insane horror,

A man looks at him with dishonour,

A bold figure comes to save his fantasy,

The happiness was unbearable,

It was his father,

He opens his eyes to reveal the light,

Instead, he sees his big guy dead,

The tears came flowing down like the bloody rain,

When will it end he asked himself,

Looking beside his only sister buried in the dirt of missiles,

Closing the barrier of his soul,

Seeing that black hole,

Thinking of throwing himself inside,

How easy would it be to close his mind,

But, he thought NO!

No more running away,

Stop! Leaving my family astray,

This will not be the end,

The crescent moon comes upon a dead end,

Honour will come to my kind,

On my descent,
