It had been a couple of days now since the tryouts and things had gotten hectic. As soon as the team roster was posted, most of Lauren's energies went on drawing up a training regimen and holding some fairly difficult conversations with those who hadn't made the cut, she didn't have to hold those meetings, but she felt it only right that if she couldn't offer a team slot to someone then the least she could do is tell them why when they asked her.

The lack of opportunity to ask Camila out was beginning to bug her, she considered asking Sydney to help with the Quidditch issues but as much as she loved the girl and respected her intelligence, she had never really grasped the game well enough to be able to offer anything useful.

On top of that the workload was getting heavy for both Potions and Arithmancy, the potions work she was fine with, in fact she really enjoyed it and seemed to have no issues but the fact was when it came to Arithmancy, Lauren Jauregui, the brainiest brain in Ravenclaw was sinking...and sinking fast.

Camila had met up with Harry outside the library as the two of them were working on a project for their Divination class, as they walked in Harry frowned slightly.

"Okay, I admit I have a flair for the dramatic, as do you by the way Miss Cabello, but I'm fairly certain either someone is snoring in here or there's a very miniature lumberjack working on bringing down the shelves in that corner over there."

He used his wand to point to the corner of the library usually reserved by unspoken agreement for the seventh years to work on their studies. Camila frowned and linked her arm with his.

"Well as brave and true Gryffindors, it's our duty to go and investigate, if it is a small chainsaw wielding thug, it is of course our duty to thwart their dastardly plan to ruin our seat of learning!"

Harry raised a delicately arched eyebrow and used his free hand to gently move his hair away from his eye before chuckling.

"And there is that flair for the dramatic we spoke of earlier."

Mock scowling, the brunette girl pulled him gently forward by their linked arms.

"Move it Styles!"

The two made their way to the book strewn table and Camila's expression softened into an affectionate smile when she saw the exhausted form of Lauren Jauregui sprawled across a desk and snoring delicately.

Harry clapped a hand over his mouth to stop from laughing at the sight of the academic, face down in her work with a thin stream of drool leaking onto the tabletop and blurring the ink on the scroll beneath her right cheek.

"Oh this is just too good an opportunity to miss, tell me you have a camera, it's not often the calm and collected Lo falls asleep studying!"

He waved his wand and his camera appeared in his hand but before he could take the picture Camila just as promptly banished it away again and tried to look sternly at him even though she couldn't quite erase the affectionate smile as efficiently as she had Harry's camera.

"I'll wake her up, this is our last year after all and she would be quite perturbed at herself if she realized she'd slept through her study session."

Before Camila could take a step forward to wake the sleeping Latina, however Harry withdrew his wand again and with a wicked smirk pointed it at the dozing Ravenclaw.

"Aguamenti!"

A stream of water shot from the end of his wand and hit Lauren full in the face, Camila gasped and looked back at him in annoyance for a split second before she turned back to the desk where the raven haired girl sat up sputtering incoherently for a moment.
