I know in chapter 2, the timeline doesn't make sense. The reveal of Lucy as an Operator doesn't started at the beginning. I don't want to rewrite the whole story. So after this page, the timeline will be fixed and the girl as an Operator will be shown in the future but she can talk through a com system and her name still be used.
Also, (Y/N) don't know that the Warframe was controlled by her as an Operator.
