{The next day}
Monica, Chandler and Jack are walking down the hospital corridor after picking some coffee up, they're talking and laughing
Suddenly, Alarms start ringing from Erica's room down at the end of the corridor
The coffee cups Monica and Chandler where carrying crash to the ground and spill everywhere as the three of them sprint down the corridor to where Doctors and Nurses rush into Erica's room
Monica tries to go in but is stopped by a nurse
''Im sorry, M'am, you cant go in there'' The nurse tells her
''Yes i damn can, that is my daughter in there'' Monica says as tears threaten her eyes, she tries to go in the room
Chandler grabs her and pulls her back but she still tries to go in ''Mon, Babe, Please, Just come away, Come on''
Monica gives in and breaks down in sobs in Chandlers arms who is also crying
Chandler moves Monica away from the door and holds her tightly ''shhhh, Calm down, its gonna be okay, i promise, i promise'' he reassures her
The doctor comes out of Erica's room ''Erica's conditions has deteriorated rapidly, Im so sorry''
Monica becomes really annoyed ''You PROMISED me she was gong to be okay!!'' Monica yells as she goes to walk towards the doctor but is held back by Chandler ''i cant let you stand there and tell me our daughter might die!!'' she sobs
''Im so sorry Mrs Bing'' the doctor says before leaving
Monica continues sobbing in Chandlers arms ''Our little girl could die, Chandler, its not fair'' she says between the sobs
''I know, I'm here, Its going to be alright'' Chandler cradles her while wiping away his own tears
{About an hour later}
Jack stands looking out the window in the hospital, he looks lost
Monica comes up behind him, its clear shes been crying non-stop, she places her arm around him
''Mom'' Jack says quietly
''Yeah?'' Monica whispers
''What if Erica dies? I know i should be keeping my hopes up and i want an honest answer, non of this 'shes a fighter' crap because i know she is, but what if she does?'' Jack asks as he silently cries
Monica shakes her head ''I dont know, Jack, I honestly dont know, oh god'' she replies, choked up as she closes her eyes
''I...I cant live without her, I mean i know we fight and argue all the time and we tell each other we hate each other but of course i dont hate her, i love her, shes my baby sister and I am meant to keep her safe but i cant do that when shes over there in a hospital bed dying on me, plus she has an amazing little daughter she hasn't even met yet who might not even get to know her Mommy and it breaks my heart, i dont know what to do, Mom'' Jack says now fully crying
''Oh Jack'' Monica cries, hugging him tightly as they both stand their and cry
