Benn Backman x reader

Yourself and shanks were good friends. You wanted to travel around the world but not be a pirate. He made a deal with you. He would let you travel with him on his ship. In return you had to be the "slave" you didn't mind though.

He let you have breaks and joked around. Even when he's drunk he tells embarrassing stories of you. The rage in your eyes and himself and the crew laughed made you want to strangle the guy but Ben knocked him on the side of the head for you.

One night seemed differant. Ben didn't take one sip of sake and it was a big celebration. You handed each crew member a large mug of sake non stop.

They would try to touch you or try to get dirty with you even Shanks got a bit grabby but you were able to slap his hand and he let go. You were afraid if you gave them another round one of them might get on top of you.

Just as you took a step towards the door with another cart full of sake. You began to get nervous and even scared. Just as you took a step to the  door Ben opened the door and blocked your way.

You looked up at him and tried to smile the best you could but the look of concern crept up onto his face and he narrowed his eyes. He could read you like a book. No wonder he was second in comand.

You quickly looked down at the sake in the mugs

"I...I have to." You muttered under your breath and tried to push your way through but he wouldn't  budge.

"Let me." He took the cart out and you could hear was whining.

"Aww Ben where's the pretty girl! I w-want ta touch...ahah" You could hear shanks just close the door.

Next thing you know Ben punched shanks in the face and his fist even went through the wall and everyone went quiet. You ran out the door and Ben reaching for another punch but you grabbed his shirt from behind and tugged on it for him to stop.

 He looked behind and saw you. He sighed and pulled away from Shanks as he fell to the ground unconcious.

Ben grabbed your hand and dragged you to the bedroom slamming and locking the door behind you both.
 
He sat on the futon and pulled you in close by the waist. You stood in his arms. His head on your stomach and his strong arms wrapped around your waist. 

"You know...I've never done that before...I guess I was jealous and hated that they were doing that to you...that's why I stayed sober..."

Your heart felt warm and it pounder against your chest and you hugged his head gently. You couldn't help but whisper into his ear.

"Thank you..." you smiled and he was able to relax.

He took this time to relax before looking up at you in the eyes and smiles, "I love you"

You smiled and leaned down to kiss him as he kissed back as he pulled you onto his lap. He kissed you deeply as he pulled you right up against him.
