Step Into Royalty's Paradise

I laid on the wooden floor, dust and a thick musty air surrounds me. I look down, my jeans covered in dust and a cool air hits my bare chest only covered by my bra. I cough out a breath and I look around, all sounds now muffled.

"Harry?" I called out.

Nothing.

"Harry?" I call out for the love of my life, my voice cracking.

Nothing, again.

I sit up and slowly stand up and start stumbling around, my hands now starting to sweat, they trembled into drawers, as I pull out the spare gun in the nightstand.

I held the gun for dear life, and I, clumsily, walked out of the room and into the hallway. I couldn't hear anything besides the loud ringing in my ear, I had gone temporarily deaf, and I had no idea what I was walking into. I walking down the stairs and my eyes peered across the corner to an image all too familiar.

"Harry-," my voice cracks.

My husband, on his knees, gun pointed to his head, snaps his head at me. His eyes widen, and lips open speaking to me but I can't hear anything. I stood still, unsure, and scared, men approached men and Harry's lips moved more rapid, yelling. People enter the front door, and then I'm met with the image of another bloodbath.

"Harry!" I yelled.

He runs towards me, a quick grasp to my hand and we're running the back door, and jumping fences into the streets. Everything went into slow motion, cars trailing behind us. I grasped my lover's hand for dear life.

Harry stops running, in seconds we're surrounded and we both look at each other. My hearing slowly regaining, I hear the car engines, but nothing as loud as my heart beat.

"Julia," I hear his voice crack.

My eyes water, "how did we end up here, Harry?"

"I'm sorry darling," he mumbles. He squeezes my hand and holds it up and kisses it, "thank you for being the best thing that's ever happened to me."

I look into the m misty green eyes of his, "trust me Harry, there will never be an end to us."
