#Niall POV#

This is it. I finally will meet Demi in person. Lately, we've been DMing each other on twitter. She is really an amazing person and her story gives me chills. It's unbelievable what she passed throught. But today I'll talk to her in person and I'll see her in person. I bet she is even more beautiful in person. So me and the boys are in the red carpet of the VMA's and Demi is about to perform. I start to hear the first achords of Give Your Heart A Break. It's one of my favorite songs from Demi. Unfortenely, I think she wrote it for her boyfriend Wilmer. Demi showed up in a black dress. She is so beautiful. And so talented. She hit the last part of the song and I hear screams and clapping.

-Wow, your girlfriend is amazing.-Zayn teased me.

-She is not my girlfriend.

-Do you think she brings Selena with her?-Harry asked. We all looked at him, confused.-What? She is hot.

We went inside after some pictures and interviews and sat down in our seats. The show started, we won awards, we performed, it was an amazing night. Me and the boys went backstage and suddenly someone went agaisnt me.

-Hey, look out!-someone shouted.

I looked up.

#Demi POV#

I looked up to see who was in front of me. A pair of blue eyes stared at me.

-Niall.-I finally said, staring into his eyes.

-Hey.-he smiled.

God, his smile is so perfect. And his eyes are like the ocean. His red cheeks are so cute. Is he blushing or? I hope I'm not blushing too. I tried to speak but no sound came out of my mouth.

-So whazzup?-I finally said. What a stupid thing to say.

-It's good to finally meet you, Demi.-he said, with his Irish accent. Am I melting?

-Yeah, it's nice to meet you too.-I said. God, i'm such an idiot. Why am I even nervous? He doesn't seem nervous.

We stood there looking into each other's eyes, in silence.

-So how are you?-Niall asked.

-This is so much easier in messages.-I stated.

-Yeah.-he laughed.

His laugh is so cute. So contagious. I laughed too. The silence came back.

#Niall POV#

I'm here standing in front of Demi and I can't think in anything for us to talk about.

-Hum... So, Wilmer came with you?-it was the only thing that came to my mind.

She bit her lip.

-Nope, we broke up sometime ago...-she said, with her voice cracking.

YES! She is single! Not that I want to date her... Maybe I do, but that doesn't matter. Someone showed up behind me.

-Demi, here you are.-Selena said.-I was looking for you.

-Sorry it's my fault.-I said, looking to Selena.

-Niall!-Selena finally saw me.-Hello! I'm a big fan of One Direction.

-We're bigger fans of you.-I said.

-Aw, thanks.-she said, blushing a little. She looked to Demi, that had her eyes wide open.-Oh, I get it. You want to be alone... Okay, okay, I'm leaving.

-Wait, Selena.-I said, holding her arm.-Can you please look out for Harry? He would like to see you.

Selena smiled and walked away. I looked back to Demi.
