"Fifty six, fifty seven, fifty eight, fifty nine and sixty! "

Alexandra didn't waste another second before jumping out of the window

Alexandra and unfortunately for her mate didn't promise to play fair now, did she?

So instead she called her beta to tell him what happened and ordered him not to let a human cross their border or he will be dead. He, and every single werewolf on patrol today

Of course she did that after Josh told her how nuts she was by letting her mate leave and doing that stupid as hell chase.

Alexandra rolled her eyes ,as much as she appreciated his concern she knew what she was doing .

But in her defense her wolf was the one to blame since she was the one who wanted the chase or she would have shifted right in front of of him

She just needed an excuse to get him out

Before jumping out of her office she grabbed all the weapons she could find.

Her mate - whom she didn't know his name yet- was an assassin and human.

If she wasn't careful enough she would either kill him or be killed by him trying not to hurt him

She hoped neither would happen.

Alexandra took a deep breath trying to locate her mate, the scent of him made her grin as she tracked him down swiftly.

She would play every dirty trick in the book if she had to in order to get him. She have been waiting far too long for him and she wasn't willing to let him slip between her fingers.

Tonight, He was her pray.

Alexandra stopped when she caught the sight of him. He had a twisted ankle. A very bad one from the obvious pain on his face.

He was sitting on the tallest tree he could find hoping it would give him some advantage when throwing or aiming since his leg was in a bad shape

As he was running blindly cursing his stupidity for not checking that woman's background he fell flat on his face and twisted his ankle

So much for being focused.

All he could think about was her lips, her eyes and that beautiful body of hers and that voice

Her voice only could bring him to his knees in matter of seconds.

He couldn't understand the uncontrollable attraction he had for the woman who wanted to spill his blood. It almost felt as if he was suddenly cursed by her.

Was she a witch? Was he really bewitched by her? But nah, he didn't believe a witch could be half as good as her in fighting.

After all if she was all she would have done was say  abracdbra or bebidy babidy boo

So being the smart man he is, he waited for her. Something about her was abnormal and his sixth sense told him that she would catch him eventually

Running was useless since he was the one in her territory.

He could sense her from the shiver that ran down his spine. Somehow, he knew she was here.

"Mate, mate are you here?"Alexandra pretend not to notice him, yet, but both of them knew that it was bullshit . But Alexandra being Alexandrina was having so much fun to end things this quickly "Mate, Mate can we play? "

Her mate closed his eyes for a second feeling a terrible headache coming. When he opened his eyes she was right in front of him
