part 2

Hyejin woke up early that morning feeling refreshed. She got ready quickly and decided it was pretty enough to walk to school today.

Grabbing an apple on her way out she put her headphones in and walked out her front yard. Hyejin played her favorite song at that moment and started her way to school.

Hyejin walked passed her bus stop that had no one waiting since it was too early. She never drove to school because she was scared to drive in the morning when she was half asleep. Anyways the walk to school was only 5 minutes, but 10 for hyejin because she was a slow walker and liked to observe things.

There was an old lady trying to cross the street pushing a cart of vegetables. The old lady looked like she had a hurting back to hyejin. She walked over to the lady ask if he needed help. Right when hyejin opened her mouth someone spoke before her.

"Would you like some help ma'am?"

It was that voice. That deep voice that caught hyejins attention. She looked up and saw him. The guy with the eyes smiles. He looked up and smiled at hyejin.

"We will both help you ma'am" he added in. The old lady only smiled and spoke out a thank you. Both the boy and hyejin walked over to her. The boy took the cart and started across the street while hyejin supported the old lady when walking.

"I own a soup restaurant. It is only a few blocks away, you kids didn't have to."

"But I wanted too" the boy started
"Don't worry ma'am. I don't mind"

The whole time they walked in silence. With the old giving them directions every time they reached a turn.

Right before they reached the restaurant hyejin asked "do you do this every morning?" The old lady explained that she only did it today because her son was sick so he couldn't do it for her.

This was the moment the boy noticed hyejin. He took a few glances at her and noticed how different she looked from other girls in the school. She had a natural beauty. One that showed she didn't have to try. He only knew her name was hyejin because inseong would talk about her.

Once they reached the restaurant the old lady told them to come in for a second so she could give them something. The two awkwardly stood there and waited for the old lady to return back. Hyejin looked at the boy at the same time he looked at her. She looked away blushing and he just smirked at her.

The old lady walked back in with two strawberry milks. Hyejins face lit up. Strawberry milk was her favorite, but she didn't like strawberries. Her friends would always tease her about it. The boy noticed how excited hyejin got when she saw the strawberry milk.

The teenagers bowed to the old lady and left. Hyejin put her headphones in and slowly started her way back to school. The boy walked right behind her watching her put one foot in front of the other and look up at the flowers blooming on the trees above her. He noticed her untied shoe and reached out about to tell her about it when she tripped.  He caught her right before she fell on her face. Hyejin gasped as her headphones fell out of ears. She looked up into his eyes for a few seconds and hiccuped. He quickly let go of her after that and started picking up her pencils that fell out of her backpack pocket. She just stood there with wide eyes and grabbing her headphones that fell. He stood back up and reached his hand for her to take the pecils. When she didn't react he laughed turned her around and put them back in the pocket for her.

"You're clumsy. You okay?"  he eyesmiled at her.
'Wow' hyejin thought. She hiccup again as her cheeks heated up.

The boy pulled out his phone checking the time. Seeing as they had 7 minutes till classes started he grabbed hyejins hand and took off. Hyejins eyes widened as he pulled her with him.

"Wait! Why are we running?" Hyejin loudly asked him. He just looked back saying "were going to be late if we don't hurry!" She gasped as they came to a stop in front of a street crossing. The red hand told them to wait for all the cars to pass. Hyejin pulled out her phone seeing they had 5 minutes till classes started. She answered jihos texts telling her to go to class without her. Putting her phone back in her pocket with 4 minutes left the hand turned green and allowed them to go. The boy did not notice so this time hyejin took the his hand and ran for it. She heard him say a little curse word and laughed thinking it was cute.

They were almost there and had 3 minutes left when he asked her "what class are you in?" She answers and asked him the same which he replied that he was in class A.

Once they got in the school building they started gasping for air. He brought hyejin to her classroom first and noticed how she was still breathing heavily.
Right before she walked in he stopped her by grabbing her wrist. She looked at him confused because the bell had already rung meaning they were late for class. He reached into his backpack and grabbed a water bottle taking off the cap and pouring some into his mouth without letting the top touch his lips. He then closed it and smiled at her with his puffed out cheeks full of water and handed her the water bottle. She hiccuped again when he put it in her hands and pushed her into the classroom.

unfortunately the class B teacher decided to be early today and caught her late.

"Lim Hyejin? Why are you coming into my class late?" Hyejin only furrowed her eyebrows and said "but you're always late too" she didn't mean for it to sound rude. It just came out like that. The whole class gasped at her while she heard inseong laugh loudly. Her eyes widened when her teacher looked at her with angry eyes. "Detention today. After school. Now go to your seat."

Sighing the walked to her seat passing jiho. Jiho looked at her with wide eyes and told her she had explaining to do. She nodded and looked past at inseong who was laughing at her. As she sat down she joked "this kid got caught? But I never get in trouble?" She sighed puffing out her cheeks "I didn't even mean to sound like that" he laughed at her "don't be scared my child, I have detention too so you wont be alone." She raised an eyebrow at him and started copying the notes for the day.

the bell for break had just rung. Hyejin watched as inseong waved bye to her and ran off to find his friends in the hallway. Not even a second later jiho was in his seat looking at hyejin with expecting eyes. Hyejin could only sigh and explain the whole thing knowing that they wouldn't get any studying in after this.
