Dylan's POV
When Owen got home after getting the food, we all sat down at the small wooden table in the kitchen. Owen grabbed 3 plates and some forks and knives while me and Anna sat down.
"I hope you guys didn't miss me too much. Sorry it took so long", Owen said once we were all seated and eating.
"Oh we kept ourselves busy", I mumbled under my breath. Then Anna awkwardly coughed very loudly. I guess she heard me.
Dinner was very long and awkward but I think me and Anna tried to act natural.
After dinner, we all decided to watch a movie together. Of corse, Anna picked Frozen, but me and Owen wanted to watch the Heat aka the funniest movie ever, and majority rules. When the movie was over, we all went to bed. Anna and Owen in their room, me in my room. Alone. I hope one day Anna will come sleep in my room so we can be together. We can lay down and I can hold her small body in my arms, and we can talk all night. I would tell her my secrets and she can tell me hers.
"all I want like in the world is to just keep talking to her. I wanna know how her day was. where she wants to eat. I wanna hear all her theories. even the ones that are completly, ya know, wrong".
No, I can't think like this. Me and Anna can't be together, EVER. Her and Owen are together.
But despite my protests, I went to bed thinking of only one thing that night.
