"Hello Anna," the quiet voice of my grandmother met my ears. "I know that you must be shocked and confused but you can not blame yourself for this. I knew that one day they would come for the stone and I should have prepared you for what is to come. I will tell you something now, something that I should have told you long, long ago. When you were six, I gave you a necklace. I told you that the necklace was more powerful that you could ever imagine. The ruby pendant on the necklace is far more that an ordinary gem. It is one of the four resurrection stones of Theala, an ancient hidden city. If any one of the stones is used, the user is given the power of immortality. If this power fell into the wrong hands, then the world as we know it would come to an end. I'm running out of time but I need to tell you, you are in grave danger. Those who want the resurrection stones are dangerous and will do anything to gain immortality. You are destined for great things, my child, and I know that you can save us all. Good luck Anna." And with that, the recording ended and I was left to dwell on what I had just heard. By instinct I reached for my necklace, the one I had never taken off, the one that I had just learnt, had immense powers. I got up. I knew that this was real, and I wouldn't let my grandmother down.
