What is it about love that makes us so crazy? Why do we tear ourselves down while trying to stay attached to love? Why would anyone go through this pain over and over and over again? You can only answer these questions if you've experienced love already. The answers will only make sense if you have been in love.

When you love another human being, everything is thrown out the window. Common sense is ALWAYS the first one to go. You lie and steal and hurt to be with this person that you feel so deeply for. From an outside perspective, you wonder why anyone would do this. The reason is that you love this person with everything that you have. This person is your literal universe. You see them in every stranger walking by. You replay your last encounter with them over and over in your head. You hold on to every last word and you feel every last feeling until it's gone.

Why would you hurt yourself for love? Again, common sense has been thrown to the wind. You handed this person your heart and you hope and you pray that one day they don't stomp it into the ground. But when they do, you pick it up, brush it off, and hand it right back to them. And you keep hoping and praying that they don't do it again. You do it because you love them. You do it because you will ANYTHING to feel that feeling and you have only experienced it from them. They have given you love, and you have given them love. You hope and you pray that it lasts forever.

Love is a tricky thing that no one has yet to understand. You don't throw it away. You dust it off, tape it up, and you continue until there is nothing left to tape up. But you still try to make due. You fight your ass off to show this person how you feel. And you hope. And you pray, that they feel the same way...
