Anna POV:

I rolled on my side, but regretted it due to the amount of pain now coursing through my body, I groan, what the hell happened, I hear footsteps and shoot up not knowing who it was, but I also regret that, because now I felt sore and dizzy, a hand is on my back keeping me from falling off the bed I'm on, how'd I get here, I relaxed when I felt the sparks of Tyler's touch, my eyes finally adjusted to the light and I look around the room I'm in, its our room.

"What happened?" I ask Tyler rubbing my neck finding that as the strongest pain spot, I look at Tyler who looks sad and guilty, I remove my hand from my neck not finding anything and put it on his cheek.

"Ty, what happened" I repeat, he looks at me still looking sad and guilty

"What do you remember?" he asked avoiding my question, I chose to answer anyway, if I repeat my question he will

"Not much, I remember finding the skeleton key, the marble, the vamp, the gang being tied and gaged in a cafeteria, the vamp wanting to kill you, me pinning him, him pinning me then nothing, Ty did he knock me out?" I said trying to remember and hoping he will answer my question, e sighs and looks away then back at me

"I'm so sorry A, I didn't mean for you to get dragged into my problems, this is all my fault, please Anna, please forgive me" he says with a tear on his eye, I wipe it away and kiss him, he kisses back, I pull away and look him in the eyes

"What happened, after he pinned me?" he sigh once again, I see I'm in my pjs, did he undress me, wait no, my clothes would be in shreds

"Anna, he bit you" I was shocked did he just say that bloodsucking prick bit me, he fed off me, when I find him I'm gonna kill him

"Are you telling me that the fucking vampire fed from me" I semi yell

"No he didn't feed from you, he just bit you, which means you're in transition"he states clearly sad and guilty again, what if I can't shift anymore, I can't live without ash.

"ASH" I scream in my head

"Don't worry Anna I'm still here" she replies reassuringly I sigh with relief

"Will I ever be able to shift again" I ask Tyler, he doesn't look at me, he just nods his head

"How do you know all this stuff" I don't know how many more questions I will have

"Because I'm a hybrid, I became the way I am because I got bitten, just like you" he says in a mono tone, still not looking at me

"At least we will have eternity together" I say trying to lighten the mood, he looks up and smiles at me

"I thought you would be mad that your mate is a werewolf vampire hybrid" he says a little bit more cheery

"Why would I be mad, we're basically the same" I smile at him, he pulls me into a hug, then a kiss, then back to a hug

"Thank you for not hating me" he says, his voice muffled in my neck

"I could never hate you, thank you for not hating me for having a criminal record" I laugh the last bit out

"I thought you were joking about that" he says seriously

"I wasn't joking" I say seriously "and don't come up with a stupid pick up line" I add

"You mean like, is that record for stealing, because you just stole my heart" he says laughing, I laugh with him but my laughter is stopped by a burning in my throat causing me to cough then gasp for breathe, Tyler stopped his laughing as soon as it started, he quickly ran out of the room and seconds later came back with a plastic bag full of blood, he held it up to my face
