For the next few days, the two love birds stayed private, every now and then sneaking into a locked room to makeout. On Saturday, Aria was at Ezra's apartment. Ezra didn't have a good relationship with his parents, so he moved out. Aria always wondered how he could live in an apartment on his own, without a job. However she never thought to ask.

At his place, they made out for a little bit. Perks of a new relationship, that's all you care about. Everything is spontaneous and new. But Ezra did have one thing he wondered about.

"Aria, this may be a strange question to ask, but um. Why are you so different from your sister. I mean, I like you fine this way, you're spectacular," he said with his hands making a rainbow shape above his head as he said spectacular, "but you were raised in the exact same environment and, well, I just don't get it." He finished.

Aria thought for a minute. It was true, and all she could say was,

"I guess we just have a different healing process." She stuttered looking at the window, and pushing her hair back behind her ear.

Ezra just looked at her for a minute. Finally she began speaking again.

"When my sister and I were young, we had a brother. Kyle. Kyle was fun and athletic and super nice to us. By the time we were 8 and he was 12, him and I had a great relationship. I was happy with my life and myself when I was with Kyle. He always made the best of things. The best brother ever I swear to you," she started to tear up as Ezra thought that he never heard of her brother, "I used to be happy and I liked all happy things. But when he was 14, he stopped coming home so often. He stopped hanging out with me, and got into trouble a lot with my parents. I..I didn't know what to think. I had to fill in the holes myself. I thought maybe he was just hanging out with his friends to much. Maybe his friends that I was wierd so he started to, too. And then, one day when my brother came home at 12 waking up everyone, at the age of 15, with a drink in his hand, while my parents were in the house, totally and completely drunk. He was falling over and laughing hysterically at nothing. That's when I knew why he had become so distant. Drugs and parties and alcohol. My parents tried to stop him but he got so mad and so angry he just left. He was gone for three days when my parents got the call. 'Your son has been involved in a drunk driving accident. I'm sorry...he's gone.' My sister took material items and popularity in place of him. I became depressed and socially awkward. Obviously I still am, but I guess you helped me some."

This was emotional for her, he could tell, but when she said he helped her, They both smiled.

"Aria, I'm so sorry. You know I'll be here for you any day. 24/7 I'm here for you."

"Thanks." She smirked and and at that moment felt more close to him than she had to anyone since her brother died.

Ezra pushed her hair back and kissed her softly. All he could think was that he was the luckiest guy in the world.
