Chapter 21~The Knight and the Goddess

Few months have passed since crimson the demon king was defeated by my lover patch and with the return of me celebrations were going to be held.

Leah : "So many people"

Erick : "Of course princess because you have returned"

Leah : "Its still hard to believe though i am the ruler of this realm"

Oliver : "but with our help we will help you"

I always wondered where lucinda went but patch told me that she returned to her realm which the vampire realm,that i didn't know it existed at all until now.

Maid : "Princess which colour would you think suits the table vanilla or peach"

Leah : "Oh um.."

All of a sudden a maid approached me holding two napkins i then picked the vanilla one she smiled with a bowed then ran off.

 All of a sudden i felt someone arms wrap around me,i smiled then turned to patch who i already knew he was there.

Leah : "You should still be resting patch"

Patch : "I know but your blood did heal me"

He chuckled then kissed me softly,kissing him back he then took my hand leading me to the courtyard.

Leah : "Patch where are we going"

Patch : "Wait and see"

He said as he continued to lead out into the courtyard then towards the lake where a large cherry blossom tree stood,both of us stood under it then without warning patch got on one knee while still holding my hand.

Patch : "Leah..before i met you i had nothing in life until now,i couldn't stop falling in love with you no matter how hard i tried my soul wanted to protect you and have you.."

Leah : "oh patch.."

Patch : "So with this i pledge my life to protect you my princess and my goddess if you will accept this pledge.."

Leah : "I goddess leah and princess pledge to you patch to become my knight and protector also as my lover forever"

He smiled then got up as the blossoms began to blow softly in the wind,which meant as a sign that a knight was born to protect her goddess,he then pulled me closer then ever and like before we closed our eyes and our lips met,as we shared this passionate kiss under the cherry blossom tree.
