WE BELONG TOGETHER

Cynthia .went through her closet and could not find anything proper ....so she headed for bukit Bintang,,to do some shopping...and finally settled for an emerald green gown...........she had the perfect emeralds for this excusite gown........having done her purchases...Cynthia returned to to her apartment to find another huge bouquet of pink roses waiting for her.......Cynthia ..touched her temple in irritation.......and almost threw the roses away.....when her boss and well wisher....Brian Smith arrived
''checking up on you my dear......to make sure you attend the dinner and dance.......''he said eyeing her shopping bags
'"mmm.....i see you have done some great purchases.......'' he teased..and gave Cynthia a hug...'' i will come for you at six......my dear

Cynthia reluctantly took the roses in o her apartment...'and placed it in her swiss vase.......and sat on her sofa....and atretched her legs and closed her eyes...........the fragrance from the roses..filled the air ..Cynthia began to relax.......than the tears fell.......she was lost and lonely..she wanted someone to hug her and tell she was in good hands.........''the ice in her veins began melting.........she just couldn't go on ,on her own..........why was she changing...........what has brought about this change.....Cynthia clenched her fist in sudden anger and frustration..........''Damn.." she cursed and brushed her tears away......there was something missing..she coud not fathom what it was'
Cynthia stood under the warm shower..and let the water..soothe her body...................was it Richard ''who had been sending her the valentine card and roses........''
Cynthia .made her hair up..with a few pins..........a little blusher........her jewels......seemed to stand out..she liked what she saw in the mirror..........her neckline exposed her slender neck......the earings sparkled in the light...Cynthia put her bracelet and within minutes
she was ready......she touched her pulse points with her perfume.............took her evening purse...and waited......,Brian Smith was on time....he gave his arm to Cynthia who gladly hooked her arm in his and they left for Palace of the Golden Horses......the venue of the office dinner and dance.........the staff were already there at the ballroom............admiring each other's outfit.......
from the corner of her eye.....Cynthia saw Richard.....looking good in his dinner jacket..........he turned as though he knew she was watching her..
''Cynthia....you look ..gorgeous..he said giving her a peck on her cheeks.....
''you look good too Richard..'' Cynthia ...smiled
the office staff gathered around Cynthia and admired her gown
''You sure do know how to impress.....Cynthia.....wow......you look stunning......''lily complimented...........and gave Richard...a jealous look
come on ladies..........boss Is on the stage.
Brian Smith started the ball rolling by giving a speech and prensentation about achievements and future projects.........then the food arrived...everyone was having a good time..........''

for a few minutes Cynthia felt glued to him and he turned and looked at her directly.......Cynthia ...turned away in embarressment......she had behaved like a wanton....
Marcus Shane came up to her..with the beautifull creature clinging to him

Cynthia became speeechless.......and felt a great relieve flood her heart.....,she herself could not understand ..why.....she was not a bit dissapointed with Richard's words
