GUANLIN IMAGINE (PRODUCE 101/WANNA ONE)

Chapter 1

You're currently in class, it's boring as usual. You're supposed to be concentrating, but instead you're thinking about your crush Guanlin. It has been a while now since you both started being friends and you want more, but you don't know if he feels the same. You wanted to tell him your feelings, but since he would often talk with other girls, it would make you feel discouraged.
[IN CLASS]
You think to yourself :
<< Maybe it's time to move on..? Plus.. there's that other guy.. Haknyeon I think.. He's kinda cute..right?>>
You're not so sure about this, you try to convince yourself, but right at that moment THE DAMN TEACHER asks you a question:

-[Y/N] are you listening? Well you better be if you weren't. Answer this: Cogito ergo sum, "I think, therefore I am", is a Latin phrase said by which philosopher?
[Y/N] - It's.. well..um
Haknyeon - Pst..The answer is René Descartes
[Y/N] - René Descartes!
Teacher - Correct. I guess I was wrong then there's still good students in my class.

[Your/Narrator POV]
Damn that was close.. you turn your head to Haknyeon and thank him while smiling. He smiles back at you.

Maybe forgetting Guanlin will be..not so..difficult after all?
You look behind and see Guanlin who looks kinda..mad? You wonder what's he thinking.

[GUANLIN'S POV]
Who's that smartass? And why was he smiling at [Y/N] like that?! Geez I already don't like him.
[Narrator]
Guanlin wasn't the only one watching the scene, almost everyone did. Students were already spreading rumors about you two (You and Haknyeon).

Annoying Student: Yo!Yo! Do you think Haknyeon likes [Y/N]??
Guanlin: How the hell would I know that?! It's not like he's my friend or something.
Annoying student: Geez.. calm down.. aren't you curious doe?
Guanlin: I-I'm sure there's nothing between them. Now go back to your books moron.
Annoying student: You're acting a little weird, man..

[YOUR POV]

After the class ended, you were going on your way home when Haknyeon stopped you.
Haknyeon: Hum.. Can I talk to you for a bit?

You were a bit shocked, you didn't know what he would say.
Haknyeon: You heard the rumour about "us" right?
[Y/N]: Kind of..
Haknyeon: Well, I just wanted to tell you that you're not my type of girl, so don't get your hopes too high for "us", cause it's not going to happen.
He then walks away with a smile on his face like he'd just saved a puppy or something.

Still shocked about what happened you yelled: "WTF WAS THAT ALL ABOUT?!"
"You're not event that cute" you mumbled to yourself... Walking off pissed.
Gah.. Why did I thought that jerk had potential.. I'm so stupid.. and the worst part about it, is that Guanlin is still stuck in my head!
[Guanlin/Narrator POV]
Guanlin who didn't hear the scene, but was walking a little far behind you, saw Haknyeon. He was looking down at him and when Haknyeon came in front him, Guanlin made him trip.
Haknyeon: Dude wtf?!
Guanlin: My bad, I didn't notice your ugly face pass by.
Guanlin was that giant who was taller than everyone else, he would often appear as intimidating.

Haknyeon brushed it off and walked away.
Guanlin then jogged to catch you up.
Guanlin: Yoooo! Wait. Are you crying?
[YOUR POV]
Damnit! Why is he here?!Omg what do I do..I hope he didn't overheard my talk with Haknyeon..
[Y/N]: No..! I have something in my eyes.. (you legit had something in your eyes lmao)
Guanlin: Oh let me help you
He started blowing into your eyes which made things...10x worse.
[Y/N]: Stop. STOP! It's okay.. thanks I guess..
Guanlin: I saw Haknyeon.. Did he.. talk to you?
<<Damnit! He saw us..Well I guess I'll tell him the truth, since I'm too honest (or too lazy) to lie anyway>> you thought.
[Y/N]: Yeah..he came to me only to say he didn't like me.
[GUANLIN'S POV]
Haknyeon doesn't like [Y/N] ? omg thank you sweet little Jesus!
[Y/N]: Wait.. WHY ARE YOU SMILING? It's not funny!
<<Oh shit.. she noticed>> Guanlin thought.
Gualin: Well.. do you.. like him?
[Y/N]: N-No...!
Guanlin: Then..why are you..so upset?
[Y/N]: Who wouldn't be upset? No one wants to be rejected.. at least not like that.
Guanlin: I know someone who wouldn't reject you.
<<SHIT DID I JUST SAID THAT?!>> Guanlin thought.
[Y/N]: Uh..? Wait, what? Who? What are you talking about?
<<Think quick, think quick>> Guanlin thought.
"He kisses you on the forehead*
Guanlin: L-Let's go home..
