Also before we start I know that the PTX fanfic awards is coming up and even though I have never done something like this it would mean the world if you nominated me for this story but also my other stories for most original (i'm not sure on the categories but you can decide) thank you now let's get back onto the story. "I am the psycho that killed him! All because he was hurting my friends and abusing me, I was protecting myself in self defence! Is that a crime too?!" Kirstin shouted as the room was still silent.
"Miss Maldonado this is not how to act in this court room!"
"Then listen to me finish my story!" she spat.
"It also claims that you had Sexual relations with Mr Avi Kaplan, is this correct?"
"It was a one time thing, he was helping me through my heat..."
"Was protection used?"
"Of course! I was engaged at the time!"
"To Mr Lewis?"
"Yes, we dated for about four years...and then we decided to make it official, but then Jeremy started to act weird and when he found out about me and Avi that's when we kidnapped all of us." Kirstin explained.
"Ok may we please get the other suspects in for questioning?" the Judge spoke.

"Mr Avi Kaplan, where was you on the night you was captured?"
"At the house"
"Be more specific please."
"I was with Kirstin."
"Was she in heat at the time?"
"Yes, she was..I helped her" Avi paused before continuing. The judge looked at him skeptically
"And how many times have you helped miss Maldonado?" the judge spoke, Avi looked away quickly before speaking.
"Maybe once or twice, but we both said it was nothing romantic just friends helping each other"
"So more like a friends with benefits type of deal?" the judge questioned.
"Well...not really it may seem that way but-"
"Is a yes or no question Mr Kaplan"
"Fine! Yes.. it was ok" Avi confused as there was some shocked gasps in the room.
"ORDER!, now what was your relationship like with Mr Lewis?"
"Horrible we never really got along..first day I met him I knew I didn't like him, ya'know when people just rub you the wrong way? That's how I felt" Avi spoke confessing his true feelings about Jeremy.

The judge spoke to the rest of the group as he was now left to make the decision.
"Were gonna get sent down, I can't go prison" Mitch mumbled as Kevin was silently praying in the corner as Scott was sat next to Mitch and Avi was on the other side of Mitch watching Kirstin pase in her heels.
"We're all gonna be fine" Scott said to break the silence, Kirstin stopped and turned to him.
"Ok? You think we are gonna be ok? Scott do you know that I killed a man just to save your asses....for all my shit I have done, you four are gonna get off Scot free and I'm going down. Why? Because I killed a man, manslaughter..."
"Chill Kirst it will be ok, I have faith" Avi spoke.
Kirstin was about to answer him when the cell door opened, "five of you let's go" the guard said as they followed him out to a small question room. Inside the room sat the judge, once they was all sat the Judge spoke.
"I'm letting you go on no charges, we looked into Jeremy's case file and he's a criminal" Judge said as the others were relieved.
"Thank you" they said as they was free to go.
