Kirstin walked around the small room she had it was dull with one very small window a not so sturdy bed with a very thin mattress,she was bored, she wanted to see her friends again.
The door slammed open to reveal a pissed off Jeremy with a busted lip and a cut on his head, storming up to Kirstin, grabbing her by the neck forcing her against the wall as he straddled her lap.
Gasping for air she clawed at his hands,
"You little Bitch!" Jeremy spat.
"W-what d-did I do" Kirstin choked as Jeremy still had a death grip around her throat.
"You're little friends escaped, but guess what they left you!"
"Th-ey would n-never leave me!" Kirstin struggled as Jeremy let go of her throat shoving her away.
"Come with me then and I will show you" Jeremy spat, as Kirstin looked at him through her hair that had fallen in her eyes.

"Where is Kirstin?" Avi asked as they now was walking through the dead halls of the prison,
"I don't know, hopefully Jeremy hasn't done anything horrible" Mitch said as he folded his arms over his chest and rubbed them slightly.
They walked, hearing a loud scream, running towards it.
Kirstin was tied to a chair, while Jeremy was trying to gag her, Avi rushed towards them when he hit an invisible forcefield.
Jeremy laughed as Avi constantly banged at the forcefield. "No use!" Jeremy said as the four looked annoyed but also panicked as they want their friend back.
"Let her go Jeremy!" Scott shouted,
"Scott...why would I do that when your little friend over there doesn't want to keep it in his pants!" he spat as Avi rolled his eyes.
"Fuck sake castrate me! Then" Avi said out of anger.
"That is not a bad idea! Avi my man willing to take one for the team" Jeremy said in hysterics.
Avi's eyes turned eyes turned red as the other four eyes changed as well, getting ready to fight.
"No use fellas the wall it doesn't work.."
"That's a lie" Mitch spat
"Oh little Mitchy...this is a better and bigger wall! Go on give the princess the first try" Jeremy said as he gestured to the wall.
Mitch's eyes turned a bright green as vines printed on his tanned skin as he was reaching maximum power, shooting a ball of nature towards the wall, as it hit the wall, quickly bouncing back towards him.
The others ducked out of the way as Mitch stopped the power ball, as it hovered in front of his face, Jeremy laughed at the failed attempt.
"Oh Princess well done for trying but sadly you failed" Jeremy said as Scott gave him a glare and with pitch black eyes that is scary.
"Jeremy leave it!" Kirstin said as she looked between Jeremy and Mitch.
"Princess who would you trust? more ...your friends?" Jeremy questioned, the room was silent.
"Well my friends are more loyal than you will be" she spat as she broke the restraints, walking up to Jeremy, choking him in a bubble of water.
The boys gasped as Kirstin had Jeremy in a strong grasp, her eyes burned bright blue.
"Kirst-K- Babe" Jeremy gasped,
"Why? I trusted you, Loved you and you get protective over a silly little mistake?" Kirstin said
"I love you!" Jeremy cursed,
"Obviously not enough" Kirstin spat as she suffocated Jeremy, watching his body that was once filled with life, slowly loose light.
His limp body was then placed on the floor where Kirstin dropped to her knees overwhelmed with the emotion that she killed her fiance, tears fell from her eyes as she let out sobs. The four ran over to her as they fell to their knees to grab her into a hug.
"He's gone" she croaked
"He's gone Kirst-" Scott said as she spat at him
"That's not the point Scott! We, we was ment to get married...and spend our lives together but I ruined it... I killed him, I KILLED HIM"
She shook as tears stained her cheeks.
Everyone was silent as the only sounds where of Kirstin crying.

Three Months Later
"Kirstin Maldonado please rise" the woman spoke as the room was silent. Kirstin stood her hend hung low as the Four boys sat in the stands.
"On the Fifth night of the full moon passing you was in the company of Jeremy Lewis, is this correct?" she spoke but Kirstin still couldn't bring herself to look up.
"Yes your honor, I was there as well as my friends that are seated in the stands today." Kirst said.
"This is about your crime Miss Maldonado not your friends. Now please tell the jury what happened that night and what you witnessed."
"Jeremy kidnapped me and my friends, he isloated me from them kept me in a room while he torched my friends, I would try to fight him but he always won.-"
"Miss Maldonado you're a Water element am I correct?" the judge asked
"Yes your Honor"
"Do you know using your powers on Government property without guidance or permission is against legal law"
"Even to defend myself!" Kirstin shouted as there was gasps in the room as the judge looked shocked at her sudden burst.
"ORDER!" Judge shouted as the room was silenced again, "Miss Maldonado I assure you shouting at someone with such High power can affect your case, and so far you are proving guilty at this point"
"But!-"
"Miss Maldonado is there something you wish to declare?"
She swallowed,
"yes, I am Innocent, and the death of Jeremy Lewis wasn't an accident." she stated,
"And why do you say that?"
"Because I killed him."
