Darkness.
Izuku was surrounded in darkness, the sound of static ringing in his ears.
He could hear voices mumbling in the background, sounding worried.
Izuku could only hear bits and pieces of the conversation, but from what he got, something very bad was going on.
His head started to pound and suddenly all the noise stopped, except for the sound of someone calling his name.
"Izuku? Izuku wake up!"
The voice sounded like a girl, but he wasn't sure, as the voice was faded, and the call of his name only ghosted around the back of his mind.
Izuku drifted in and out of the sounds, sometimes hearing the voices and static, and sometimes hearing nothing at all.

Izuku's body shook as a needle was stuck into his arm.
Doctors surrounded the table Izuku was on, getting ready to stitch up the gash on his forehead, that was loosing an extreme amount of blood by the minute.
His mom and Ochako stood worried outside his room, waiting to know if Izuku would be okay.
The hospital had called Izuku's mom, shortly after Izuku got into the ambulance.
Ochako had found him unconscious by the side of the road while going for a walk, blood streaming from his head and a faint tire track of red in the snow.
A door clicks on the left and both of the lady's turn to the sound of a doctor walking out of Izuku's room.
"Is he alright?"
