chapter 2

Alec pov

I walked out to Cat ,but I when I got near her I smelled Vampires ,something I didn't want to smell. While walking to her I looked up and saw two of them ,looking at us with confused faces. They were on the good looking side, don't get me wrong I'm not gay ,but I'm also not straight i'm just open minded.

As I look at there faces I see there eyes keep switching between me and my sister, they probably never seen anything like us ,we don't even smell human.

I went and sat down next to Cat where she was rolling around strewn with flowers stuck in her fur.

I saw the two vampires still looking at us so I made a vine wall with the magic within...just kidding, I did it with my fairy magic.

I laughed at there faces and turned to Cat. "What are you doing ,you made mum and dad worry ,we heard you scream something and then you were gone."

With her big wolf head on my lap. "Ooo come on love don't be like that you know I'm not trying to scold you right?...did you know there were two vampires steering at you a minute ago?" With her big head, she tells me yes.

Without a word I stand up and walk away with Cat following behind me.

Cat pov:

As I step on the lawn I change back to me human form. I see my two big brothers stomping to me looking worried, angry, scared and confused. "Where were you monkey?" Daniel asked me while Jace kept quite. "Sorry I was curious about the woods, you know me I like the woods more than buildings, roads and city's."

"Yes, but we were worried, it's a new place, one that we know nothing about. We don't know what other creatures live in this town." Jace tells me, finally speaking up.

Mum and dad just looks at us. "Mommy aren't you going to scold me for wondering of on my own, without directly confronting you guys about leaving?" She walked to me and hugs me.

"No, my little potato. We may have been worried ,but I know you can look after yourself. Don't get me wrong I'm still upset."

I hug and she gave me a kiss on the head like she always does. I look up and see my dad looking down at me with a smile ,nodding his which tells me it's okay.

I can feel all three of my brothers join in for the hug and finally dad as well joins in.

We all walk into the house going to the dinning and kitchen area. Mum and I go make food...delicious chicken wraps and green salad with a family secret sauce.
While the men go and set the table with knifes and forks and plates and of course wine.

"Mum do you think I might find my mate someday?" She looks at me then goes make to folding the wraps "Honey you know that i know you know that they will come when they come." "They?" "Yes ,they you don't know if it will be a boy or girl or even an other gender."

After that I'm left speechless. After putting to wraps in a big bowl we take it to the table with the salad and dressing. Mum goes to fetch the boys ,they were probably in the library.

We all take a wrap and salad and I can tell you it was delicious. After we all ate, the boys stood and gathered the plates to wash and put away while I thank mum for the meal and tell them that I'm going to turn in for the night. I have them a kiss on the cheek and went to tell my brothers good night.

(Time skip middle of night)

I was shaken awake by a horrible nightmare and I can say it is not the first of always happens on the first night when in a new place.

Quickly got up and went to were my twin brother is. I went in without knocking. "Alec, Alec wake up, wake up" I whispered while poking his face... "Mm.... Cat, ooh, I know come here." I climbed in next to him curling up beside him ,like a little baby "You got that nightmare again, right?" I just whimpered and cuddled up to him.

After about two minutes I here Jace and Daniel coming in "She here Alec?" "Yes ,now shhhhhh" Alec scooted up a bit with me to let my big brothers on the bed as well. With them beside me I fell asleep a lot faster than I normally would.
