It started with a..suicide attempt?!?!

I reached for my phone on the side table while my eyes are still closed.

I strived to open my left eye as I press the 'answer' button.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Drew." sabi nung kabilang linya.

"Hey, Audrey. What's up?" I hugged my pillow tighter. My eyes are still closed.

"I'm bored, Drew. I wanted to stroll out and dine in our favorite Italian resto." I can sound an excitement from her voice.

"Is that so-"

"But you see, it's already 8 in the morning, yet.. you're still snoring!" she sighed.

I chuckled.

"Anong oras mo ba gusto?"

"9am, sharp. Same place." she said.

"No problem. See you later, Dree."

"Bye Drew."

She ended the call.

Binuksan ko naman na ang mga mata ko para i'check ang oras..

'Half an hour will do.'

Bumangon na 'ko ng kama at dumiretso ng C.R.

Ako nga pala si Drew Marco Travez, 18 years old, 5'7 ang height, hunk at crush ng bayan...hindi lang bayan, pati buong campus namin. Hindi lang ako gwapo, matalino din ako. I'm a consistent dean's lister, president of the student council, lead guitarist and vocalist of a band. Oh diba? sa'n ka pa. Sabi nga nila, l'm too good to be true' daw-well, I can't agree more.

Pagkatapos kong maligo, nagbihis na agad ako. Hindi naman ako namo'mroblema sa mga susuotin ko, dahil kahit ano bagay sakin. *wink*

Konting pabango, konting pa'gwapo-and I'm off.

I grabbed my keys, wallet and phone from the bedside table, then left my room..organized. I'm a neat-freak, you know.

"Ma, Alis muna 'ko!" paalam ko habang nanunuod siya ng T.V sa sala.

"Date with who?" humarap siya sakin ng naka'ngiti.

"FRIENDLY date with Audrey."

Then I stormed out of our house.

"Be careful when driving, dear!" rinig kong sigaw niya.

Hindi nagwo'work sa office si mama. Kasi gusto niyang magampanan ang pagiging housewife niya..pero she's smart enough to handle a business of her own-a steak house. Gusto niya kasi, kumikita siya kahit hindi siya nag'ooffice. Ang dad ko naman ay chairman sa isang company. I'm an only child kaya lahat ng gusto ko nakukuha ko. So from these infos, I guess you already know my status.

I hopped in the car and checked for the time-

'Just right.'

I started the engine and drive with a so-so speed.

After 20 mins, nakarating din ako sa favorite Italian resto namin ni Dree. I parked the car at pumasok na sa loob ng resto. Pumwesto ako sa kung saan madali akong makikita ni Dree pag pasok niya. I sat down and ordered a cup of coffee while waiting for her.

It's a Monday morning pero wala kaming pasok kasi summer vacation. Well, sobrang pagod ako last month sa mga gimik, family gatherings, at escapades kaya gusto ko nalang sana sumalampak sa kama buong linggo, pero mukhang hindi ko magagawa kasi may nakaka'miss sakin..
