White.... White... So bright.....
I wearily opened my eyes, I don't know where I am...
I tugged on something soft.
I lifted my hand a bit to see it gripping a blanket and realized I was lying down on cold metal. What happened? Where was I?
I coughed a small bit and my vision focused to see two figures looking at me with shock. I could see black and red.....
And small yellow?
The small figure disappeared suddenly and I heard a voice.

"Hey, the brat's awake Red!"

Red....? Wait.... he's here? And that sounded like Flowey...

I felt a hand grab mine, helping me to sit up. I rubbed my head and sure enough, Red was smiling at me when I looked up.

"Welcome Back, Sweetheart."
I smiled at his words.

"What.... happened?" I asked wearily.

"That's a question we should be asking you." Flowey muttered. Red nodded and looked at me with stern eyes.

"We've been told that you were found dead in Waterfall. We-"
I suddenly blinked rapidly and shook my head in disbelief.

"I was killed...?" Shock over took me and I shuddered, looking at my hands in fear. He sighed and held his hand out, my soul being summoned in his hand. The red was slowly starting to outstretch the grey that seemed to infect my soul.

"I... I don't know what happened. I promise." I trembled and held my soul in my hand. Red carefully put a hand on my shoulder and gave me a patient smile.

"It's ok. We'll figure this out eventually. The one thing we need to worry about now is that you've been missed."

"Wha- Are they ok?" I asked, looking at him with wide eyes.

"Heh, they're fine. Well, as fine as they're gonna get."
Flowey tsked and grumbled under his breath. I put my soul back in my chest and Red entwined his hand in mine in a comforting manner. I messed with his hand, my finger grazing over the rough bone.

"How long have you been here? Don't you have to get back to Underfell soon?"

"Meh, for a while. And yeah, but he probably hasn't even noticed I've been gone. I-" Red was immediately cut off when his phone blared in his pocket. He used his other hand to grab it in his pocket and he growled at the contact.

"What's wrong?" Flowey inquired, giving a confused look.

"Speak of the devil." Red's eyes were black and he slowly answered the phone, and I winced when I heard a loud voice erupt from the speaker.

"Mhm, Boss?"

"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

"None of your damn business."

"SANS, I SWEAR. YOU BETTER GET HERE IMMEDIATELY OR YOU'RE DEAD. I DON'T CARE WHERE YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU'RE DOING."

"...I'll be there soon."

"GOOD."
Red immediately hung up the phone and sighed in frustration. I gripped his hand tightly and gave him a worried look.

"You ok?"

"Let me guess. Your 'brother'." Flowey rolled his eyes.

"Yep." Red simply answered. He let go of my hand and made his way back to the computer, typing fast. He pressed some kind of button and I jumped at the sound of a metal clank. I looked behind me and a machine whirred to life a couple of spaces away.
He gave me a sympathetic smile.

"I'll be back later. Flowey, you can make sure she'll be ok, right?"
Flowey perked his head up and simply nodded.

"Yeah. Do me a favor."

"Mhm?" Red gave him a confused look.

"Don't get yourself killed."

"Heh, no promises."
Red stepped through the portal, immediately turning off once he walked through. Me and Flowey were left in a small silence, not knowing what to say.

"So, how you doing?" Flowey asked.

"I'm ok. How about you?" I asked with a smile.

"Fine, I guess. Hey..."

"Mm?" I perked my head up. He went quiet, his head down. His yellow petals hid over his face and he sighed.

"Do you... ever talk to her?"

"...Who?"

"... Chara?"
I froze and looked down. I haven't talked to her at all in a long time.

"I... I haven't heard from her in a while."

"Oh."
We sat in small silence, but I think we enjoyed each other's company.

I was jerked from my sleep by a couple of knocks at the door. I groaned and sighed.

"SANS? CAN YOU PLEASE COME OUT? I'VE GOT TO TALK TO YOU."

I looked towards the door with a sympathetic expression. I can't keep doing this to him....
I slowly got up and walked to the door, squinting at the sudden light that flooded in. I looked up at him with a weak smile.
His face lit up and he hugged my tightly.

"I KNEW YOU WOULD COME OUT. I MISS YOU BROTHER."

"Heh, I miss you too bro."
He let go of me and gave me a sad expression.

"I KNOW THINGS SEEM BAD... BUT IT'S OK SANS. EVERYTHING WILL BE OK."
I gripped the door frame tightly and sighed.

"I know.... but it doesn't seem like it." I muttered quietly, head down.

"TRUST ME SANS. IT WILL." Papyrus sighed, putting a hand on my shoulder.

"Where's Red?" I looked up at him with a confused look.

"WELL, I'M NOT COMPLETELY SURE. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM YET."

"Mmm."

"...SANS?"

"Yeah...?"

"ARE YOU OK....?"
I froze and my eyes went to pin pricks.

"Y'know, I'm not even sure myself."

(Frisk's P.O.V)
Flowey and I made a well conversation, him explaining all that's been going on while I've been gone.

"Is Sans gonna be ok though?" I asked quietly, pulling hair out of my face. Flowey shrugged.

"Well, I guess when he finds out that you're alive."

"Hasn't the others or Papyrus helped him be happy?"

"Like I said, he's been stuck in his room. Hasn't exactly come out much until Red got here."
I wrinkled my nose and messed with the blanket.

"Who told him about what happened?"
Flowey perked his head up at me with a peculiar expression.

"Apparently Undyne. He said he got a message from her."

"Oh."

"... Toriel and Asgore have missed you." Flowey muttered, smiling a bit.

"You mean Mom and Dad, right, Asriel?"
Flowey froze and looked up at me with shock.

"Flowey, I'm sorry.... for what happened to you."
