I held onto something that never held onto me, and that was the problem.

You pulled me in, then pushed me away, over and over, and I almost lost my mind.

You would rather ice me out than tell the truth.

It's unfortunate, and it was sad, but I am getting over it, getting better.

I'm going to find someone who is worthy of my love, but it isn't you.

And you betrayed it, us, everything we are working towards.

I forgive, and hope you are well.

I can still feel you out there, and I am sure we wake up at the same moment even though we haven't spoke in months.
