It was 1976 when it all began. The Napua's family diner has been around for as long as people could remember. It was always booming with business- that was until the Adam's finally wreaked havoc. The jealousy that came from seeing immigrants succeed was more than they could bear. Mysteriously on July 4th, 1976, Kupu's Diner burned to ashes.

The police assumed that the fire was started from some teenage boys that were messing around with illegal fireworks. Little did the police know that the crime committed was all apart of the Adam's vile plan. The Napua's had lost everything. Still in shock from their tragedy, they were highly suspicious of the family that had always glared at them from the back of their diner. 3 years had almost passed when the Napua's finally  found evidence to what the Adams family had done.

Since the police wouldn't do anything about what had happened, they took matters into their own hands. In the middle of the night, while they were out of town, the family snuck into their suspect's home. While rummaging through the basement, Kupu's husband knocked over a pile of boxes. Loads of paper flew everywhere, but one paper stuck out to Kupu's eyes. It was a list. But the list was a list of ideas that could destroy a business, more so a family diner.

The Adam's family was finally back in town. Mr. and Mrs. Napua had no hesitation of confronting their new rivals.

"I knew it was you!" Kupu marched up to Mrs. Adams waving the list in her face.

A smirk forms on Mrs. Adams face. "I have no idea what you're talking about...you crazy. old. woman."

"Leave my wife out of this! You're the people who were jealous of us because we were more successful than you people could've ever been," Mr. Napua yelled stepping closer to them.

Mr. Adams chuckled leaning against the door frame. "But what is there to do? You searched our house with no warrant. You can't even bring this evidence into court. You're stuck in this mess."

Mr. Adams began to close the door. "And there's nothing that you can do about it."
