5.Dress to impress

Taking out the clothes from the shopping bags Maddie and Rachael lay them out on the bed deciding on what to wear.

"Who takes 3 hours to shop for party dresses" Maddie says holding out the pink dress she picked out

"Um only everyone on the face of the earth"

"Hey miss universe it's 6:40" Maddie says pointing at the clock

"Haven't you heard of being fashionably late, common lets get dressed"

Maddie and rachel finish getting ready and head out to the party before the leave rachel grabesthe video camera and places it in her purse before heading out. They arrive at 7:55 and make their way to the backyard seeing already waisted teens making fools of them selves. Maddie spots Theo and heads his way moting for Rachel to follow.

"Hey, there you guys are, I actually thought you weren't going to make it."

"Haven't you heard of being fashionably late?" Maddie says mocking Rachel

"Aha very funny"
Rachel pulls out the camera from her purse handing it over to Maddie with a selfie stick " You don't want to forget this"

Ethans POV

She's still not here, it's been like 40 minutes. He pulls out is phone texting Theo to see where the girls are.

"Hey bro, is Maddie and Rachel here yet?"

"Ya right beside me, head towards where I'm DJing"

"Thanx"

I look in the mirror one last time before making my way outside.

"Hey guys you made it" Ethan says walking towards them

"Hey I spot a couple people I know I'm going to make some rounds, don't forget to vlog" Rachel says before walking away

Maddie turns on the camera and places it on the selfie stick. She turns it on and it makes a beeb sound.

"I guess that means it's recording" Maddie says "Hello guys it's Friday the 24th and it's Rileys annual party. I am here with the hottest new DJ Theo Walcott, anything to say to the viewers?

"Follow me on blastchat @theowalcott to book me for your upcoming events" motioning at his DJing equipment

"Hey wanna grab a drink?" I asked

" Ya sure" maddies says walking off with Ethan

We head inside walking towards the kitchen.

"So I'm guessing you've crossed dress to impress of that list of yours"

"Aha ya, how'd you know" Maddie chuckles

"Probably your cute outfit" Shit... that wasn't obvious... smooth Ethan "Um here let me record you so your viewers know how you look"

She hands me the selfie stick as she spins around in her pink dress making her hair flow luciouslly. Can she get any more beautiful. I hand back her camera as I pour soda with some alchole in a red cup.

Maddies POV

We make our way to the kitchen to grab some drinks, the camera still on record. God I hope I don't say something stupid! Wow he looks good tonight.
He hands me back the camera after showing the viewers my outfit. I hope he didn't see me blush while I was spinning. Pouring me a drink a loud crash comes from the living room.

"MICHAEL YOU STEREOTYPICAL JOCK DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THIS COSTS!!!!" Riley yells rushing towards an antique vase

"Looks like Riley gone mad" Rachel says walking towards Maddie and Ethan "Hey I'm Rachel"

"Hey, Ethan"

"Ahh so your Ethan" Rachel says winking at Maddie

"Aha ya that's me"

"Mind if I borwed her for a bit"

"Sure, I'll see you later maddie"

"Bye" Maddie said waving at Ethan

Rachel wraps her arms around Maddies walking her over to the sofa.

"Soo, Ethan hu?

"Aha nothing happened stop raising your eyebrows"

"Make a move already, What are you waiting for"

Maddie shuts off the camera and places it in her lap.

"I don't even know if his interested"

"He gave you his number and told you to call him if you needed anything! And you just spent the past 40 minutes talking"

"Aha ok ok I get it, what do i even say?"

"How about you start with are you doing anything next Friday, and let nature take its course"

The night goes by as everyone dances to the last song of the night. Maddie walks around finding Theo pinned against a girl sucking faces.

"Sorry to disturb, but Theo, Rachel and I are heading out. Do you need a ride?"

Looking at the girl on his lap he turns and says "Ya I think I'm good. I'll text you later"

"Have fun" Maddie says as she walks away. Rachael pulls up at maddies house.
"Wanna sleep over?"

"No I've got and appointment in the morning, I'll text you later though. Don't forget to upload the vidoe"

"I won't. Goodnight b"

"Goodnight"

Rachel drives off as Maddie enters her house. Maddie heads to the kitchen to grab a snack before making bere way to her room.
Closing her door she walks to her desk and flips open the laptop and turns it on.

"Let's see"
She grabs the camera cord and plugs it into tiger laptop. Time goes by as she edits the video and uploads it to her juicebox channel, and makes her way to her bed drifting of to sleep.
