Crash!
The TARDIS flew full speed into something. I swung backwards and forwards as I tried to regain control of her, but she wouldn't rest.
She rebounded off the object and span out of control, me desperately groping for the console.
With another crash, we smashed into another unknown object and I was sent flying across the control room.
Soon enough, everything fell silent and I got to my feet.
The TARDIS was a wreck, her console burned out. She was out of energy. The room was dark, a few sparks from loose wires lighting up the odd few centimetres around them.
I could just see, so I stumbled my way to the door.
I almost fell against it and it swung open.
I stepped through it, appalled by the bright light that greeted me.
London, 21st Century.
With blimps.
There's only one place I know like this. It's a parallel universe. That'll be why the TARDIS was crashing so much, she was hitting the time walls and the asteroid fields around them.
But why did she bring me here? And into this same problem we had before?
Last time, it was easier to fix as I had Rose and Mickey.
Rose.
Suddenly, I realised the reason why we're here.
This was the universe Rose returned to.
This is where she is.
But how did the TARDIS come here?
Then it hit me. The TARDIS didn't bring me here. Rose did. She's been sending me messages all along. Her link to the TARDIS brought me here.
She wants me.
She found me.
