E-Blast:
The summer has finally ended and everyone's favorites have returned from the Hamptons, including C spotted at Grand Central just yesterday. How will E react to her best friend being back? Are B's feelings going to overwhelm him? Stay tuned Upper East Siders it is going to be an interesting first day back.
"Caroline you're going to be late if you don't hurry up!" Mrs. Van Der Woodsen yells down the hall, Caroline sighs loudly, honestly she was not that excited to be back, who knows how everyone is going to take it? She picks up her bags straightens her tie out and walks down to the lobby, deciding she'll walk today and maybe see E on the steps of the Met like usual.
"DORTA!" "yes Miss Eryn?" "Dorta, which headband is better suited?" Eryn says holding up a purple one and a red one, "Miss Eryn both look good and Mr. Bret will love either" Eryn smiles hearing exactly what she wanted to hear and deciding on purple, of course considering it is the royal color after all. Eryn decides to check Gossip Girl before leaving noticing the latest E-Blast about Caroline being back. "Ugh Dorta can you believe she thinks she can just show up right before the first day of Senior Year and just think everyone will fall back in love with her? And what is all this about Bret? She knows that me and Bret are destined to be together forever" "Miss Eryn maybe you talk to Miss Caroline and see why she left, she is your best friend after all" "Best Friend is an open definition Dorta" Eryn snaps while picking up her bag and going to get into her town car.
Walking through Central Park was of course Cam and Bret on their daily walk to St. Judes. "So Bret what is the word on Caroline's mysterious reappearance?" Bret looks down before saying "I don't know, I know just as much as everyone else, maybe people should just back off you know? Obviously she is going through a lot if she just up left like that" Cam pulled on his scarf and gave Bret a questionable look, "Okay Bret, but we all know there is more to the story and something you're not telling everyone, but don't worry it'll all come out in time, it always does"
"Alyssa come on we are going to be late" Ryan whined from the hallway, he going into his senior year at St. Judes while his little sister Alyssa was starting her freshman year at Constance. "Shut up Ryan, I'm almost done" and with that she walked out of the bathroom with a lot of make up on and her hair all done up, "Why are you dressed so fancy? And frankly quite trashy". She shot him a dirty look, "It's not trashy Ryan, it is fashionable. And when you want girls like Eryn to like you, this is what you look like" Ryan rolled his eyes, "Okay whatever Alyssa lets just go we are going to miss the train." While walking to the train Alyssa asked the evitable question, "So have you seen Gossip Girl Ryan? Caroline is back" Ryan groaned, "Yes I saw it, so what if she's back. She's nothing special another Upper East Side princess like Eryn." "Yeah okay Ryan, you've stalked her for years and you looooove her" Ryan knew she was right, but still answered by shoving his sister and laughing.
Caroline was walking by the Met steps and sure enough she saw Eryn being Queen E with all the minions drinking coffee on the steps. Caroline smiled happy to see her best friend hadn't changed and decided to take a chance on saying hello, "E! Eryn!" Eryn turned around and saw Caroline as she walked over "Hey! Mind if I join in?" This set Eryn off, as much as she missed Caroline she couldn't believe this, "Mind if you join? Just like minding while you left for a year with no contact? Mind that you have some secret with MY boyfriend? Mind that I found out you're back through Gossip Girl not from you?" "Eryn I can exp-" "save it. I have no interest in talking to you ever again, as far as I am concerned you're nothing"
