Derek walks into the room quietly aware of what the doctor said about Emily
He walks over to Emily .his heart breaks at he sees tears in her eyes .
Derek carefully leans down to kiss her on the head .
Emily flinches to his touch
"Im sorry Derek "
Derek pulls a chair over to the hospital bed and sits in it
"Hey baby it's ok I understand Ian did horrible things to you ..and I am so sorry for what happen and he will never ever hurt you ever again I promise
Derek stated as he started to tear up but he held it back because he had to be strong for Emily
"No it's my fault I let him rape me I should hav-
Emily started to say before Derek cut her off
'no no no this is not your fault the only person fault this is Doyle he was the one who hurt you
"Derek ?
"Ya em
"Is the baby ok ? Did he hurt it ?
Emily said with a worried look
Derek smiles "ya the baby is perfectly fine and the doctor said you can leave as soon as you wake up

Emily and Derek where laying in bed in the middle of the night when all the sudden Emily's screams filled the silence.

Derek woke up and pulled Emily closer to him when Emily started kicking him
"IAN GET OFF OF ME !!!
Emily screamed as Derek was pulling her closer
"Emily babe wake up it's just a nightmire you are safe ok I am here wake up
Emily slowly opened her eyes as she was trying not to flinch at Derek's touch
"Emily come her it's ok.
Derek pulls Emily to his chest
"Im sorry Derek "
"It's ok Emily it's not your fault "
"Do you want to try to go to sleep again "
" No all I see when I sleep is him and I can't
"Ok well do you want to stay in bed all week and watch movies "
"That sounds nice but what about work ?
"Hotch gave you and I 4 weeks off "
" O ok
Derek puts on a movie then. Climbs back into bed
He pulls Emily close to him he can feel her shaking but decided to let it go
He k ew it was probly her trying not to resist his touch
Derek kissed her forehead and layed back and watched the movie till he fell asleep
Intill he was once again woke up by Emily's screams
