You arrived home without incident, the cab driver wouldn't take you into route 17 itself since he was scared of team skull but he did get you right to the edge of the route. Both of you had been chatting and he found out how you're new here and don't have much money so he said that this ride was free. Back home you probably would've had to battle the man as a way to pay your fee, you're glad you didn't have to today. The taxi drove away as you made your way to your house. When you got to your front door you noticed a small basket covered in plastic wrap to prevent the rain from ruining it. You inspected the basket for any sign of a note or anything but to no avail.

This must be a thank you gift from the little girls father. You thought.

A smile crept across your face, it felt good to help someone in need, and the rewards are just as good. Grabbing the house key from your pocket you unlocked the door, basket in hand. They door swung open with a slight creaking noise. Placing the basket on the coffee table you slumped down into the couch and released your Pokémon from their balls. They crowded around you as you handed out the malasada. Taking a few bites from your malasada you decided to unwrap the basket. After getting the wrappings off you found a wealth of items inside. Revives, potions, berries and coupons to some place called the thrifty megamart.

'Woah that's amazing! But how did they get my address?' You wondered

You looked up the address of the Megamart and saw that they deliver groceries so you decided to order what you needed.

'Oh my, everything is so cheap! And with this coupon it'll be even cheaper.' You exclaimed 'c'mon guys and show me what you want from this store'

Your Pokémon came over, excited to pick out a bunch of tasty foods from the colourful website. After about an hour of choosing you place your order.

'Okay guys it'll come in about 3 hours, so we'll get to fix dinner soon!' you smiled 'who's gonna help me make dinner?'

The Pokémon all begin cheering, excited to make dinner soon.

I have to call it email mom and dad about sending my bike over, I can't rely on nice taxi drivers giving me free lifts.

So you decided to call your mom. The phone rang a few times before your moms gentle voice answered.

'Hey mom!' You said

'Oh hello (y/n)! How is everything in Alola?' She inquires

'Oh it's fantastic mom! But I was wondering if you could ship me my bike, it's a long walk to town from my house.'

'No worries honey! I'll have your dad sent it out tomorrow, he's at work right now but I'll let him know.' She replied. 'So have you done anything exciting today?'

'I bought some breakfast for the Pokémon and myself and saved a little girls Caterpie. Well saved is a bit of an exaggeration' you responded

'Oh no! What was wrong with it?' Mom asked

'Some guy was trying to take it from her, I just went up and grabbed it back from him. He was really tall though haha' you decided not to let mom know that you found this bad guy kind of attractive and that he was sending his goons to stalk you.

'Well that was very brave of you (y/n), I'm glad you stuck up for the little girl. I'm so sorry sweetie but I have to go finish house work. I love you (y/n)' she made kissing noises through the phone
