Lady Tamara returned to the study a few hours after she left me on my own. She was wearing the same angelic dress but her hair was now messier the I remembered, as if she had been running her hand through it.

"Hello again Marion," her voice was much cheerier than she looked, so maybe she had succeeded in her mission to contact her brother, Severio.

"Hey Tamara. Were you able to contact your brother?" The smile that was on her face only got bigger.

"Of course. It took I little longer than I would have liked, but I did tell him about the training opportunity and he immediately accepted. In fact, he said he would be here within the hour." I was excited, but a little afraid of this opportunity. I didn't know if I was ready to except the fact that I was on occultess yet. I never really took these powers seriously, I mean it only ever felt like a dream when I used them.

An hour and a bit when by and Lady Tamara and I were impatiently waiting by the door to the study. Slowly, the oak door opened, revealing a tall male figure. His hair was done in braids, ending at the back of his head into a small puff of curly black hair. His eyes where the same yellow as Tamara's, but the had a glint of excitement- or fear, I couldn't tell. He was dressed in black leather, only an off-white shirt under his jacket.

"Hey Tam," the simple greeting really upset Tamara.

"Hey? That's it? Thirteen years and all I get is a 'hey'?!" Her body seemed to fill with rage at her brother. "You abandoned me. Goni left me with Coralita and you abandoned us," Coralita must have been that Coral she mentioned before.

"Tam, I'm sorry. I had no choice. I was called over to help in drastic circumstances," Tamara closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"Please just take her and leave. I know she's the only reason you actually decided to show up," She folded her wings back down from her sides and shoved me towards Severio. He did not hesitate as he took me and lead me out of Tamara's mansion.

I followed him to the gates leading to the woods and when we exited, he grabbed me by the waist.

"Hold tight, this might be a little bit of a bumpy ride," I looked into his yellow eyes and he must of seen how confused I was because a huge grin spread across his face- that was when the world started rippling around us like a disturbed pool of water. Twisting and turning about. The colours mixed together like paint and stared to form a new landscape.

Soon, we were in fount of two steel doors. We were inside a room with no windows or any natural light. There were lamps hanging from the concrete ceiling and and a small emergency light above the doors.

"Here we are, home sweet home," he let go of me and I nearly fell to the floor, forgetting I even had legs. "This is where you'll be staying for a while. You'll train with me while your here as well." He chuckled as I struggled to balance the weight of my small body.

Severio pushed open the large doors and revealed a long, thin table with eleven men sitting on the side opposite me. Severio strode in and sat in between row of them near the right end of the table.

"Are you Princess Marion Janit Geldman?" It was the first one, nearest to my left who had spoken.

"Y-yes." I had forgotten the sound of my own voice.

"Well then, we'll need to scan you to check what power you have." He sent a short man with a strange device over to me and he picked it up and waved it in front of me. The man hurried back and handed the device to the man who had spoken.

His face raised in shock at whatever he saw on it's small screen. "This isn't possible. We couldn't have found Kallis's Parallelis. Sun, Mimic, Life and Psychic?" He whispered the the tanner man sat next to him. "Marion, we need you to rest for now. We'll bring you down for training in the morning. Donia is waiting to lead you to your room outside.

Outside the steel doors, there was a pretty young girl waiting for me. She had straight chestnut hair and light brown eyes. Her skin was a golden brown. "Follow me to your room," her voice was high pitched but sweet.

Donia lead me up a staircase to a silent corridor. The lights were dimmer here and it was a little chilly too. She opened a creaky wooden sore and walked it. It was a small dark coloured room with still no windows. The bed was large and there was a white night gown lying there for me.

Before I could say good night to Donia, she was gone and I was once again left alone with my thoughts.
