26⇏Best Friend

Sooha's POV

"Wait, who is this?" I asked, getting worried by a stranger who suddenly talked to me through the phone and called me with that weird name, Nana.

"Yah, it's me! Yoon! Yoon ah! Your best friend, Sooha!" That voice.. was quite familiar. But, I just couldn't remember who it belongs to.

"Y-Yoon?" I tried to remember back about that name. Did I even have a 'best' friend named Yoon? Yoon...Yoon... Wait! "Are you... Jang Doyoon?"

"Bingo!"

"Omo! Yoon ah! It's been long time.." I pouted even though he won't see it.

"I know right. By the way, where are you right now? I am at your house." He changed the subject.

"I'm at my new school. Um, like this! You wait there! I will come in an hour. Arasseo?" I told him.

"Eo. Eo. Be careful on your way here." He advised as always.

I chuckled as I heard his advice. "I know." After that, we ended the call.

I turned around and faced Jihoon who was enjoying the fresh air. "Jihoon ah."

"Oh! You've done?" He walked closer to me.

"Eo." I replied, putting the phone into my pocket back. "Ah! About your question just now.. Sure! I'm free tomorrow. Let's do that."

"Glad to hear that." He smiled.

"But, I gotta go right now. See you later, Jihoon ah." As I waved him, I immediately exited the rooftop and ran downstairs. I ran past the office. They weren't there anymore. I guessed they've gone to their dorm.

I ran past by our dorms too and straight to the gate. I told the guardsman that I have to go back to my house and he let me go since today has no school because the other students were still on their trips.

I thanked the guard and immediately went to the light rail transit. I bought a ticket to my home, Hongdae.

Hansol's POV

After Eunwoo had left, I sat on a bench beside the vending machine. Is what I am doing now right? Truthfully, after these past 2 years, my heart slowly forget her. Until, I met Sooha, she changed my life a lot.

I used to be cold and arrogant in this school since my parents owned this school. But, when I met her, I changed to someone who always smile and I noticed that I helped people a lot.

Maybe my heart has fallen for her. Yeah, it's true! I should find her and tell her the truth. I stood up and looked around. Since Eunwoo came, she has been missing.

Where is she?

I was about to run to the dorm until she appeared out of nowhere. She was running really fast in front of me. Not even look at me, she ran to the gate and exited the school.

"Sooha!" I shouted, but I guessed she won't hear it.

I have no idea where she's going to go. I wanted to run after her, but it was too late, I guessed. She ran so fast than you thought, made me wonder what's waiting for her.

Sooha's POV

As soon as we stopped at the Hongdae station, I quickly ran out from the station and took a bus to my home.

It didn't take me hours since my home wasn't that far from the station. As I arrived at my home, I jumped off of the bus and ran to my home.

"Yoon~" I shouted as I stopped at the front gate of my house.

"Sooha!" I heard him shouted back as I saw him running towards me.

I ran towards him as well and the both of us hugged each other. It was such a tight hug. I really missed him.

"I heard that you got to enter that Dawon High School."

"Hm." I replied, nodding.

"Since that school has dorms, so it must be hard for us to see each other often. Besides, I'm going to America back by next week. So.." He turned to me.

"Yes?" I raised my eyebrows as I smiled.

"Let's have a day free together? Are you free this Sunday?" He asked.

Hm, Jihoon asked me to hangout with him tomorrow. On Saturday, I don't have anything to do. But, on Sunday, I'm not very sure.

"Ah, Yoon ah." I turned to him. "Let's just hangout on Saturday, hm? Because I'm not sure if I could make it on Sunday."

"Sure." He replied, patting my head.

Hansol's POV

I glanced at my watch for the millionth time. It was getting really dark here and I still didn't see her coming back.

Where the heck was she going?

I waited and waited. It almost 12.00 already. I sighed and was about to turn around until she suddenly appeared.

She entered the school with the small entrance beside the field. I noticed that she has changed her clothes also. She walked here with a bright smile on her face as she looked up at the dark sky.

She became closer and closer then she hit my chest. I stood there straightly, staring at her face. She was quite shocked to see me.

"Where have you been? Do you know it's late?" I said.

"I-it's nothing to do with you." She looked down. But, then she looked at me back. "Oh, yeah. Shouldn't you worry about your girlfriend? Where is she? Is she alright?"

"Sooha." I softly called her.

"Hm? Hansol ah. I'm tired right now. Can I go inside?" She changed the topic.

"Sooha." I grabbed her hand. "Listen. I've broke up with Eunwoo."

She froze and I noticed it since I was holding her hand. She looked at me deeply into my eyes.

Sooha's POV

"Listen. I've broke up with Eunwoo."

Broke up with Eunwoo.
Broke up with Eunwoo..
Broke up with Eunwoo~

Sooha wake up! This is not the time you should be happy. What if you're the reason why they broke up?

I looked at his eyes. "Why are you telling me this?"

"It's because I love you too."
