  Its been 5 days.

Its been 5 days i cant sleep.

I actually freaked out since i cant sleep at night and dont even feel sleepy at days. At first i thought like, its because my body just dont want to tolerate and My brain goes rebel with me. Or maybe because i always on phone till late at nights.. 

(Who don't if you have two amazing chat groups who can't keep quiet and always hyped me up whenever I feels so down?😘 haha mention; group Malaysian army's and SINGLE IS SWAGG. Not to mention my cousins chat group, Peah is cool.btw,peah is our grandma.don't ask why it's name like that.)

Btw, because of those 'can't sleep' thingy.. I started to use sleeping medicine aka flu medicine. I swallowed 3 pills every night before sleeping. The funny thing is.. The description says don't use more than 4 pills if not I gonna be overdose. So thats why I only used 3. To avoid the overdose.

So stupid.

I just harm myself by using drugs wrongly.

Because I consistently use the medicine, we ran out of it and I asked my mom to buy it more.

My mom, frowned and asked me why I need it when I PERFECTLY HEALTHY.

More over in such a big amount.

I started to give excuses and lies about why I need it so badly. Like;

"Well, buy 4 package of flu medicine. 2 for home, 2 for me bring to school."

"It's been a season to everyone to catch a cold. So I need to be prepared. "

"I have tons of friends that I need to take care of.. "

Then mom would answered like this;

"I understand if you only ask for two. But 4? Why need so much? Moreover the law said it's illegal to buy that much medicine without doctor's prescription. "

" if you also catch a cold, that means your metabolism are weak. That's why you need to frequently uses the vitamin c.. Not using drugs.. "

"Friends? //huffs// I don't know you had so much friends..
//sinister smile//"

After so long,  I gave up and told her the truth. My mom unamused and she started blabbing about how this is happen because of I always on phone even it's already late at night.

To my surprise, the night when we fetched our dad at the airport, which is 3 hours after the fight..

My mom told my dad about me and dad instantly brought us to the clinic.

Well, it's my first time to go to the clinic for something like this. Usually I only went to the clinic because of broken bones, sprained ankle and deep cuts. Even if I catch a cold or even have a fever, I'll just get treated at home.

So, I take note to myself.

Can't fall asleep actually a really big thing.

The doctor said that I'm actually suffers from insomnia.

Haha, I bold the suffers word because the doctor is Chinese and he speaked English with us and when he told me the prescription, he raised his voice at the suffers word. I laugh and I joke, why need to be so dramatic at the suffers word? And he said..

" insomnia may not be a harmful disease, but the effect just as deadly. Get what I'm saying? "

The doctor said he won't give me any medicine since  I'm just suffers a light (?) insomnia, so he just gave me tips and a dozen of scented candles. Moreover, I already used drugs so he cant gives me more drugs because blah bleh.. I don't remember. Something do with poisons in blood circulation and such.

Btw, here's some tips about helping you to sleep that could also help you in English essay in the future.

1. Sleep in the dark. But not a great idea if you just watched 'lights out. '

2. Avoid gadgets hours before sleeping. But since I'm special, all day long.

3. Try to read something like textbook. This one actually a joke from the doctor but I didn't see why I can't put it here.

4.drink something hot like tea. This could soothes the stress. But don't drink something sweet like Milo. And don't be stupid.. Drinking coffee. Additional, if you are bts haters, please drink bleach.

5.scented candles also helping in soothing stress. If you likes sweet smell, I would totally recommend cinnamon scented or vanilla scented. Hmm, or both.

6. Change your bed sheets, mattress and blanket. If you have ciao ciao like me, I'm sorry.. It also need to wash.

7. If your bed have lots of pillows and Teddy bears, you need to reduce it till it only left for you to put your head. Because to many things at your bed will make you feels stuffy and hard for you to rolling while sleeping.  
"They see me rollin', they hatin'."

8. Listen to soft music like orchestra or lullaby while dozed will helps. But mom said those are laghas.. So I skipped this one.

Hmm.. I think that's all.

Btw, since the doc who provides me the scented candles, I ask him why his clinic has scented candle. He stated that lots of young people on my age comes with the same problem. Since we are teenagers, he could already know the reason right away. It is either stress in study or because of

Smart phones.

I'm shocked at how dangerous smartphone is but well, I'm in front of it now and I can't force myself to hate it.

"I hate you, I love you, I hate that I love you.."

The thing is,

Actually I really want to tell people at school that dozed off for a while, it's not a sin.

Be grateful that someone still could sleeping because if they couldn't,

They will dead.

The God creates something really beautiful.

He creates everything with their own norms.

He created planets,

Planets have their own norms which is to spins at their orbit. Round and round hovering the sun. Once it out of the orbit, it means end of this world.

He created humans,

Have their own norms which is eating, sleeping, moving and working.

Don't do one of this,
You are so dead.
