Maxwell's Point of View:
After Lucius was banned from the pack with his title stripped away, I rushed Iris to the pack doctor. Dr. O'Reilly and his assistant started checking on her as I told them why she had fainted. Not going to lie, I was worried because she just got rejected by Lucius, her mate. I hope the Moon Goddess lets her have another mate that's better than Lucius could ever be. After Dr. O'Reilly did everything he could to make sure Iris would live, he took me outside the room to talk about her condition.
"So doc, do you know when she'll wake up?" I asked.
"Well, this is the second time she's went into a coma. I don't know when she'll wake up. But she's strong, so soon enough. Just have faith in her and the Moon Goddess," Dr. O'Reilly said.
"Okay. I'll contact you when she awakes," I said.
"Alright Beta Maxwell. Take care," Dr. Reilly said.
"Will do," I said and walked back into Iris's room.
