Wella, I'm back! Hopefully I'll be able to make more chapters soon! But who knows, am I right? Anyway, thanks again for you guys for supporting my writing! Now, time for the book...
Adrien was standing in the doorway, with a bouquet of flowers. He was wearing a black suit, with a white shirt. He was also wearing the tie that Marinette had made. She had made it for him, but was too embarrassed to give it to him. It had disappeared, and her suspicion of Alya taking it, was now confirmed. It was green, with a black paw in the middle. A cursed green A was inside the paw. Adrien held out the flowers to Marinette.
"T-Thank you." Marinette blushed and took them from him. He held out his hand to her, and she just stared.
"It's a hand. You're supposed to take it." He smile and she took it.
Sabine took the flowers from Marinette. "We'll take these, honey. Have fun kids!"
"Not TOO much fun." Warned Tom, Marinette's father. All four teenagers blushed as they walked through the bakery, out into the fresh air. Marinette couldn't comprehend what was happening. First of all, she was walking next to her crush. Second, he was holding his hand. And third, he was holding her hand! Adrien noticed her blank stare, and she looked straight forward.
"Um, Marinette?" When she didn't respond, he waved a hand in front of her face. Nothing. "Alya!" Alya and Nino, who were about seven steps ahead of them, also stopped, and turned around. "I think I broke her!"
Alya laughed, and walked back with Nino in close pursuit. "Marinette.exe has stopped working. Time to reboot." She leaned in, close to Marinette's ear, poked her in the cheek, and whispered, "Adrien's here."
Marinette's eyes went wide, as she jumped back in surprise. "Tikki! Help me with the posters!" Alya, Nino, and Adrien all froze in surprise, as Marinette realized where she was. She giggled nervously, and her face turned beet red. Adrien raised an eyebrow.
"Posters?" He asked, amusement in his face. Marinette didn't know how to respond, so Alya 'saved' her.
"Who's Tikki?" She asked, confused. Adrien noticed that Marinette's bag was moving, and she noticed him looking at it. She grabbed it, and hid it with her hands.
"My... Imaginary friend?" No one believed her, but no one said anything. Alya shook her head, and pointed at her friend.
"We're talking later." Alya grabbed Nino's hand, and walked off. Adrien looked at Marinette, stepped closer to her, and wrapped his arm around her waist. Marinette felt herself relax, realizing that she had been tense. They walked in silence. They reached a French restaurant, and Adrien held open the door for the group. The waiter took the four teenager to a table. Adrien sat next to Marinette, with Alya in front of Marinette, and Nino in front of Adrien. The waiter gave them menus, and then walked off. Marinette carefully opened the menu. After a couple minutes of silence, Alya finally spoke.
"Are you guys ready for this trip?" Alya flipped one of the menu's pages.
Marinette froze. She slowly looked at Alya, lowering her menu. "T-Trip?"
"Yeah." Alya didn't even seem dazed.
"What trip? When did I agree to this? I didn't pack anything! I-" Alya was laughing. "What?"
"I packed while you were sleeping."
"My sketchbook is miss-"
"Packed that too."
"Oh." There was silence for a moment. "Where are we going?"
