Eventually, Adrien figured out he was going the wrong way, and started off in the right direction. They headed into a random town called "Woodheart". It was a tiny town, only three buildings stood there, and it wasn't located on any maps. (Don't go looking on the map for this town, it's not real! XD) One of the buildings was an Inn, and the lady inside looked very happy to see visitors.
"My, my! Aren't we lucky today, Scratches?" The lady said, turning to talk to her cat, who was laying down on a chair in the corner of the room. The cat barely glanced up, before heading back to sleep. "You three are our second group of visitors this week! And the second group of visitors this year..." She trailed off, glancing to her cat. "Anyway! May I interest you in a room?"
Adrien didn't pause a moment to ask a question. "There was another group of people?"
"Why, yes! There were to men, one with a creepy eyepath and a cowboy hat, and another with a large beard and red eyes. They scared me and Scratches, here." She motioned to her cat again. Adrien was disappointed. She hadn't metioned anything that reminded him of Marinette. "Oh!" The lady yelped, scaring the teenagers. "There was also a tiny girl, about your age, I'd reckon. She had midnight blue hair, strange if you ask me, and beautiful blue eyes. I was jealous, yes, since my eyes are so dull." Adrien perked up.
"Marinette!" He said to his friends. He then turned to the lady. "Which way did they go?"
The lady pointed to the East. Adrien then grabbed his friend's hands and left.
"No new visitors today, Scratches." The lady said, sitting down next to the cat, letting out a huge sigh. She took off her mask, revealing her green head. "Hope my brothers are doing alright."
WHATTTTTTTTTTT?!?! I UPDATED? OMG! Okay, sorry you guys! Anxiety kinda got the best of me, and I might have totally forgotten about Wattpad... Sorry! Have this quick chapter to make up! I'll try my best to update more. What do you guys think of this chapter?
