JUNIPER'S NIGHTSTAND BOOK REVIEW:
Book Name:
The Time Traveler's Wife
Author:
Audrey Niffenegger
Book Summary:
The Time Traveler's Wife is the story of Clare, a beautiful art student, and Henry, an adventuresome librarian, who have known each other since Clare was six and Henry was thirty-six, and were married when Clare was twenty-three and Henry was thirty-one. Impossible but true, because Henry is one of the first people diagnosed with Crono-Displacement Disorder: periodically his genetic clock resets and he finds himself misplaced in time, pulled to moments of emotional gravity from his life, past and future. His experiences are spontaneous, his experiences unpredictable, alternatively harrowing and amusing.
My Thoughts:
This is a great book and I really love how you can follow their story and their lives and how they are living with his disorder is affecting Clare and Henry.
Awards:
Sorry there wasn't any awards listed in the book. But there probably many.
