*Nubia's perspective*
------
Life is short. So why do we have to go to school for 13 years of it? It doesn't really make sense, but whatever. School can be okay sometimes, and I love learning new things. I don't have lots of friends; Actually, I don't have any friends. It's not that I'm antisocial or anything, it's just that I never have time for anybody. My schedule consists of band practice, tutoring, computer editing, journalism, chorus, drama, and volunteering at the local animal shelter. I would love to do basketball, but that's hard to do when you're 4'9 and can't jump high. So, I stick to things that are easy to me. I'm going to be graduating this year, and I know that my grades will be perfect. They always are. Math class is in 5 minutes, so I have to run all the way down to the other hall. I always get there late, and Mrs.Harper doesn't excuse tardiness. I don't even pay attention to where I'm running, and I don't look up. Then, my face collides with a wall, and I hear an "ow" from above.
