Chapter 7.

Tessa's POV

Tomorrow we head out to Coachella and I'm so excited. This whole week Rik and I went shopping and I've never been more excited in my life. But there is just one problem.

Jake lost the Tickets.

Literally should've given it to Erika. She is way more responsible than any of the guys in the house. Well actually nick is pretty responsible. Anyways I'm still packing just in case.

The door opens and Chance walks in. "Hey Tess" he says coming up to me and giving me a hug from behind me.

"Hi Chance. Wait don't you need to pack?" I ask giving him his suitcase that is from the side of his bed. "Tess I can do that tonight. Besides I want to go get some food with someone" he says close to my ear.

"Oh and who would you want to get food with?" I ask looking right into his eyes "you" he says smiling.

Yeah you guys are probably thinking, Bro it's just food not a date, well it's okay cuz right now we need this. Anyways I smile at Chance and put my stuff down and we head to the door.

We went to my favorite café in LA and now we are heading back to the house. I'm on his back cuz why not? "Hey do you think we will actually go to Coachella?" Chance asks. "I'm sure Jake will figure out a way for us to go. But lets not get our hopes up" we both laugh and giggle. He then grips my legs really tight and then sprints the rest of the way home. I'm laughing like crazy.

What Is this boy doing to me?

Anyways, we get back home and Chance runs up to our room, and I'm still on his back, and shuts the door. He puts me down and I go to my part of the room and I finish packing while he starts to pack. "What am I going to do? we aren't staying together in the same room, I'm not going to be able sleep" Chance brings up.

"dude you'll be fine. Besides you got Anthony and the twins with you." I turn back around and start to fold some sweatshirts. I feel a pair of arms go around my waist just like earlier. "yeah but you're different." he whispers in my ears and I get a chill go down my spine.

"Of course I am. Bro I'm special" I say winking and walking a bit closer. "Mmhmm really special" he takes a step closer to me so we are only inches apart.

I leaned closer to him and smile. He looks at my lips and then me. I lean in like I'm about to kiss him but he misses me and I whisper in his ear "not today" in my very seductive voice. Well I try to be seductive.

I quickly run out of the room and go down he stairs. Once I'm at the bottom I rush to Erika's room and I quickly shut the door and go to her bathroom.

I hear loud footsteps from above and I hide in her cupboard. I somehow can fit. "Rik don't tell Chance I'm in here" I whisper to her. "Okay" I hear her say from the other side of her room. Poor Chance. I really wanted to kiss him but I didn't have the balls to do it. Now I'm disappointed in myself.

*before bed*

I'm in my room alone checkin out the gram when the door opens and I see Erika come in. "Tessa, can I ask you something?" "yeah sure" she comes over to my bed and takes a seat. "Okay so I've noticed that you've been talking with Chance lately. Tessa Do you like him? You guys flirt all the time and especially now that you guys share a room."

I freeze. What do I say? "I... *Sighs* rik you got me. I do really like Chance a lot. Like he's really smart, funny, hehe really cute-" "We get it Tess. But please be careful okay? I don't want him to hurt you. We don't want to go over the whole Jalissa thing again" she says while rolling her eyes.

I literally scream and give Rik a big hug. "Thank you for being my best friend and for understanding." I smile at her. "I know but I hate to ruin the party but a guy is waitin for ya" she winks at me and walks out.

Soon Chance walks in. He looks a little sad. He walks over to my bed and just plops on me. "Hi Chance" I giggle and start playing with his hair. "Hi Tessa" he mumbles.

We lay like that for a while until Chance stands up to get changed for bed. He soon comes back and lays right next to me again and wraps his arms around my waist and puts his head on the crook of my neck. "I'm never letting you go" he whispers. I feel heat rise to my cheeks. I turn so I'm facing him and give him a kiss on the forehead.

"Good night Chance" I whisper while I put my arms around him.

"Good night Tessa."

I have to be prepared for tomorrow cuz Coachella is finally here.
