*Lina's POV*

When I got home, I spoke to my mother about Hogwarts. When I asked her if I could attend, she seemed almost nervous. Saving all the details of our bickering, my mother is a witch, and always has been, but she's just out that part of her life to keep me safe. Once she admitted it all and explained it to me, she told me she was a Hufflepuff when she went to Hogwarts. I cringed slightly because of what Neville told me about Hufflepuff and that they're very lame. I suddenly started praying that I was NOT a Hufflepuff. She finally agreed to letting me go to Hogwarts, after a long long long never-ending conversation. And tomorrow, she was to come along with me to Diagon Alley.

I woke up in the morning, dreading to meet Neville's friends. Neville's nice and all, but I'm a shy person, and I'm nervous, although I probably shouldn't be. I got up, showered, and put on a decent outfit that seems like I care but not a lot to make them think I over thought this. I put on a white shirt, and tucked into my shorts. I did simple makeup that made me decently presentable. I jogged downstairs and slipped on my shoes and waited for my mum. She came downstairs shortly and asked, "Are you hungry?" I shook my head honestly. My nerves were crazy. I think it's more than just meeting his friends though. There's something else bugging me, but I don't know what.

We finally arrived at the Leaky Cauldron after what felt like the longest drive of my life. I stepped out of the passenger side of the car and walked inside, behind my mother. The Leaky Cauldron seemed to be a little more full than it usually did, which made me all the more nervous. I did my best to ignore it, but my mum saw right through it.

"How about you sit down, and I'll get us some tea?" She said and walked away. I sat down at a table and looked over the list of supplies I needed to have before the school year started, which was very soon by the way. I folded this list and leaned on my elbows, with my cheeks resting on my hands. I looked around the pub cautiously, needing to see a familiar face beside my mums. I saw no one but strangers. I tapped my fingers and waited for my mother to return.

"Honey, why are you so nervous?" My mum asked, setting down the cups of tea.

"I really don't know, mum." I said honestly. She chuckled at my worried expression.

"You're always overthinking everything. Just relax."  She said. I looked up at her, knowing she was right.  I gave her a half smile and drank my tea, waiting for Neville and the others.
