*Lina's POV*

"Lina. Nicholson. HEY. Nicholson?!" A voice shouted in an annoyed manner.  I turned around slowly, obviously avoiding this specific moment. (even more obviously, failing.)
          "Yes, Malfoy?" I said tiredly.
"Why in the hell do you have MY shirt. That's fucking weird, Nicholson. I want it back. Actually, no. I don't want it back. Just toss it out, would you? That's creepy. Do you have a thing for me or something?" He rambled in a disgusted voice.
"Right away, sir." I said mockingly, and turned around.
"Is this a joke to you? You're actually INSANE. No wonder you haven't got any friends." Draco scoffed and turned to walk around.
I bit my lip and turned around, preparing my next insult. Suddenly Draco crashed to the floor.
"Ass." a girl sighed. She shook her hand as if it her hurt her first more than it her Draco. I looked at her oddly. Before I could say anything, she held out her hand, "Emily Sandlin, nice to meet you." She smiled. I half smiled and nodded, somewhat impressed.
"Lina, Lina Nicholson." I said, shaking her hand. "What year are you?" I asked curiously, seeing as I don't remember seeing her.
"Fifth year. I think we have defense against the dark arts together, actually." She said and started to walk in front of me.
I speed-walked to catch up with her, "How don't I know you?"
She pointed to the Hufflepuff symbol on her robe. "Hufflepuff. I sit in the back with the others. Boring bunch, I swear. They're all so...nice it's just sickening." I chuckled at her dissing her own house.
"You don't like being a Hufflepuff? I've heard... things about that house."
"Oh, don't get me wrong. I love my house, I'm very proud to be a Hufflepuff. Just some people in there are just so annoying." Emily said guiltily. She soon smiled, "Anyways, nice to meet you! See you around?" She said, walking off to her next class.
"Yeah... see you." I said, astonished. A short, adorable brown haired, blue eyed, Hufflepuff, just PUNCHED Draco Malfoy, a rich, snotty, Slytherin.  I scoffed slightly, still amazed. How in the world is SHE a Hufflepuff?

I began walking to my next class when my robe sleeve was tugged towards someone.

"What the hell, Nicholson." Draco said through gritted teeth. I smirked and dragged a finger gently across his already-brusing cheekbone.

"Malfoy," I said still smiling, "don't act like you didn't deserve it." I smiled at him widely one last time and began walking away. I could hear him groan in frustration by the time I was halfway to my other class, which only made me smile more. Draco Malfoy was possibly the biggest jerk I've ever met.
