Preference: Your best friend (female)

Bellamy: Lexa
You and Lexa both lived in a small Trikru village. You were around the same age and grew up together. When it got discovered Lexa was a natblida you went with her to Polis and trained with her for the conclave. When she won the conclave and became heda you kind of became her right hand. She trusts you and asks for your opinion and advice on important decicions.

Jasper: Octavia
You and your parents were friends of the Blake family. One day when you were 8 you barged into the room without knocking to ask Bellamy to come out and play (A/N: can we just appreciate the thought of a teenage Bellamy playing with an 8 year old?) and saw a girl your age sitting on the floor reading a book about earth. You decided to talk to her and you instantly connected. After Aurora made you swear to secrecy you were allowed to come play with her more often, you already knew about Octavia now anyways and she could use a friend.

Monty: Luna
You met Luna when you came to the island for the first time with Octavia, Bellamy, Clarke and Jasper. You were the only one of you 5 she truly got along with because instead of trying to force the flame on her you actually respected her and accounted for her feelings. You understood. She offered you a home on the island but you decided to go back with your friends, you still had to shut down ALIE after all. When you and Luna reunited later on, that's when your friendship started to bloom.

Murphy: Raven
You and Raven actually didn't even like each other at first. You were the top 2 mechanics and therefore in constant competition for place 1. You were forced to work together when Abby asked the both of you to repair the capsule. You both wanted to go down more than anything because your boyfriends, John Murphy and Finn Collins were down there. Somewhere during the repair of the capsule you and Raven found out how much you actually have in common and that was the beginning of your friendship.

Lincoln: Clarke
You and Clarke have been friends since kindergarten. It was the first day of school and you were playing with some dolls by yourself. At some point a blonde girl hesitantly walked over to you. "D-do you wanna play with me?" She asked. "Yeah, sure." You shyly smiled and handed her a doll with blonde hair. "Here, she kind of looks like you." You said and the girl smiled. You've been inseparable ever since.

Finn: Harper
You've always known Harper but you never actually spoke to her until you were sat next to each other on the dropship. You were both pretty scared and found comfort by talking to each other. When you safely landed on the ground you stuck together and developed a very close friendship.
