Preference: Your best friend (male)

Bellamy: Jasper
You and Jasper go way back. Your parents were friends back on the Ark so you've known Jasper since he was born. You're about 1,5 years older than him and he's always kinda been like a little brother to you. You're rather protective over him and Bellamy is glad you have a friend like him.

Jasper: Murphy
You met Murphy in your first earth studies class back on the Ark. You hadn't made any friends yet and he happened to look in need of one so you decided to talk to him. You've been best friends ever since. When shit went down on the ground with the whole Charlotte and Wells drama you were the only one to stand by him. Jasper never really speaks to Murphy because he's slightly uncomfortable around him and doesn't know what to say but he admires your friendship with him a lot.

Monty: Finn
You and Finn actually met in prison. Every day you were free for 2 hours. Clearly 'free' doesn't actually mean 'free', it means you're being let out of your cell to wander around on the square and have lunch in the cafeteria. One day when you were sitting alone at a table the 'legendary spacewalker' decided to join you. You hit it off and decided to meet like this every day. Monty feels slightly threatened by Finn but at the end of the day he knows it's all purely platonic.

Murphy: Bellamy
You met Bellamy on the Ark. He was a guard on the Ark and you were stealing medication for your sick father. Bellamy caught you. You desperately explained the situation to him and after thinking about it for a few seconds he let you go. Later that day he stopped by your family's room to see how your dad was doing. You offered to take him out for lunch because after all he did keep you out of jail and he might have saved your fathers life. That lunch was the beginning of a great friendship. Murphy doesn't exactly like Bellamy but he respects your friendship.

Lincoln: Monty
You had actually never seen Monty until you were on the ground. You both knew your electronics so you got paired up with him to figure out how to contact the Ark with the wristbands. You really enjoyed working together and soon built up a friendship. Lincoln likes Monty and he's glad you have a friend with similar interests.

Finn: Lincoln
You met Lincoln when your friend Octavia took you to meet her boyfriend. You were skeptical of him at first because he's a grounder but soon warmed up to him when you got to know him. You bonded over Octavia but later found out you two actually had very similar interests, as strange at that may seem considering you've lead very different lives. Finn knows Lincoln is a good man and is happy that you've found yourself such a close friend.
