2. Castela

A person enters the king's room.

Person: King, the tension between Castela and Kryolix is growing.

King: I know. We must solve this peacefully. We wouldn't be able to win a war against such an advanced species.

Person: So what shall I do, my king?

King: Arrange a meeting. I wish to see President Kaiom of Kryolix.

Person: But, my king, if the Kryolixians see an opportunity like this, they will try to assasinate you.

King: Perhaps. That is why I want you, Seriam, to gather the best knights of Castela from all around the planet, and they will acompany me to this meeting. Let the other members of the councill know about this, and split, to gather the bests.

Seriam: Yes, king.

Meanwhile, on an island of Castela, the Gao Island, a man is showing a couple kids some sword techniques.

Boy: That was amazing, Shalek!

A man walks towards Shalek.

Samar: Sure was.

Shalek turns around and notices Samar.

Shalek: Samar! Kids, that is all for today, but I'll be here tomorow at the same time.

Samar: Actually, you can't.

Shalek: Huh? Why not?

Shalek walks away with Samar.

Samar: Well... You know I've been to Royal City to visit my parents, right?

Shalek: Yeah.

Samar: Well, when I was at the port, ready to come back, I heard some sailors talking about how the King ordered for the best knights of Castela to be assembled.

Shalek: Really? What for?

Samar: I knew you would be interested in this, seeing as you're a knight, so I asked those sailors about it.

Shalek: And?

Samar: They don't know.

Shalek: Well that's anticlimatic.

Samar: Yeah, but they did know that Seriam of the Castela Councill will arrive at Gao Island tomorow, to test all the knights around, and select a few, for this assembly.

Shalek: Oh... So that's why you said I wouldn't be able to show the kids techniques tomorow. I'll have to be at the gathering.

Samar: Yeah. You should prepare. Whatever this is, it seems pretty important.

Shalek: Don't worry, I got this.

Samar: This will require seriousness though. I know you're a generally happy guy, but...

Shalek: I can be serious.

Samar: I know you can. You just gotta want to.

Shalek: You're right. I'll go train. When does Seriam arrive tomorow?

Samar: Around 1 PM.

Shalek: Alright. That gives me tonight as well as tomorow morning to train.

The next day, at 3 PM, Samar knocks on Shalek's door.

Samar: Can I come in?

Shalek: Yeah.

Samar comes in.

Samar: How'd it go?

Shalek: I wasn't picked.

Samar: Oh... I'm sorry.
